Disconnecting/taking down UNSV following security/street/flood light fittings from pole/structure/Bldg. from any height and repair/checking and identifying of faulty spares, wirings, cleaning of fittings, cover, etc. and reassembling the same after repair, testing and refixing in original position and reconnecting with the electrical line complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Materials required for replacement such as choke, ignitor, capacitor, bulb, tube etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) Creepers if any available on pole/structure to be removed without any extra claim. (iii) If E-N value on security fedder is high, it should be checked and rectified without any extra claim.

Replacement of open construction ballast consisting of high quality silicon steel lamination with argon welding, super enameled copper wire, vacuum impregnated with white resin, terminal block with tapping for 220/240 volts supplied suitable for 250 watt HPSV/MH light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2 above but suitable for 150 watt HPSV/MH light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of 150 watt metal halide double ended tubular clear lamp complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of 150 watt metal halide single ended tubular clear lamp complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of 250 watt metal halide single ended tubular clear lamp complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of ignitors, 180V - 240V, 50 Hz, suitable for HPSV/MH lamp complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of thread type lamp holder suitable for 150/250 watt SON/MH fitting complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of LED aviation light luminaries comprising of aluminum housing with polycarbonate enclosure with 302 Nos LED after taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement flood light mounted on high mast light of 80 Watt energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, exclusive innovative die-cast aluminum IP66, suitable for highlighting architectural facade and general purpose lighting after taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of streetlight energy saving & environmental friendly long life Versatile pressure die-cast aluminum roadway luminaries with high power 25 W LED after taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable post top lantern fittings and Supply & fixing post top luminaries LED type of 25 W with IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum graphite grey powder coated finished body, decorative clear opal acrylic diffuser, low power warm white (WW) LEDs with better heat dissipation, high efficient constant current electronic driver having operating voltage range from 140 to 280 Volt AC, provided with high voltage, open and short circuit protection, Voltage surge protection 10 KV etc complete including flexible 3 core 1.5 Sqmm copper connecting cable from loop in loop out box to fitting etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The GI pipe if required will be measured and paid separately under relevant schedule items.

M & L for replacement of 48 Watt LED streetlight made up of pressure die cast housing with toughened glass and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics, IP66 protection, impact resistance of IK07 & 10 KV external SPD after taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of 50 Watt energy saving iP65 flood light luminaries with high power COB LED as light source fixed on volleyball/badminton/basket ball court and football ground etc after taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Integral decorative 25 watt LED post top in spherical shape with polycarbonate diffuser with IP-65 protection including lamp and electrically connected with suitable size copper wire including taking down unserviceable light fittings of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of LED bollard in decorative mushroom shape with IP65 protection warm white 9 Watt after taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of 10W LED bollard (0.6M) in Victorian design with opal acrylic diffuser and IP65 protection after taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 9 to 18:- (i) Creepers if any available on pole/structure to be removed without any extra claim. (ii) If E-N value on security fedder is high, it should be checked and rectified without any extra claim.

Note:- Earth work and PCC work will be measured and paid separately.

Removing surplus excavated soil nexc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n-exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supply and laying well burnt Sub Class 'B' locally available best quality laid in trenches perpendicular to UG cable above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified.

Supply and spreading dry coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread in uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old/ unserviceable GI pipe of 40 mm bore and supply & fix GI tube light grade laid in trenches or fixed on wall, floor or on pole for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (20mm Graded Stone Aggregate) as in Coping of Poles, etc. including Formwork (as required), complete all as directed.

S&F Cable Junction Box 155x210x92 mm in size, made out of thermoplastic sheet having IP 65 protection for outdoor installation fixed on poles with flat aluminum clamps of size 20x3 mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc. including MCB single pole of capacity 6 to 40 Amps and taking out of old unserviceable cable junction box complete all as specified and as directed.
