SCH 'A' PART XI(MISC B/R & E/M ITEMS) Note:- Excavation and earthwork to the extent required for execution of relevant item under this schedule unless otherwise specified shall be measured and paid under relevant items of Sch 'A' Part-II.

(A) INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC FRLS insulated sheathed copper stranded conductor cable run in and including concealed in wall/ceiling/floor.PVC conduit not less than 20 mm as per IS 9537 Part III with all fitings such as bends,tee,junction boxes,etc of suitable size including 1.5 sqmm PVC (FRLS) insulated copper earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and including MS/GI sunken boxes of thickness not less than1.6 with surface laminated sheet suitable for housing switches,sockets fan regulators etc complete all as specified and directed.

One light point controlled by two 2-way switch.

One fan (ceiling/exhaust) point controlled by one switch.

One bell/buzzer point controlled by one push button.

One 3 pin 5 Amp switch socket outlet point on independent board.

All as per item No 1 hereinbefore but for socket outlet 3 pin 15 Amps on independent board with cable size of 2.5 sqmm and earth continuity conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note item No. 1 & 2 :- (i) Necessary PVC rigid junction boxes for identifying junctions as required on site directed by Engg-in-charge for point wiring work with PVC dummy plates shall be deemed to included on the quoted rate. (ii) Same size wire shall be used for phase, neutral & earth conductors. (iii) The wiring shall be done strictly by following proper colour code, using red, yellow & blue for phase, black for neutral and green for earth.

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of indoor type, wall mounted (with bolt & nuts) meter cabinet as per manufacturing design but not less than of size 1.5 x 0.9 x0.2 m and made out of 2 mm thick CRCA MS sheet with double door having glass window for viewing KWH meter . All door should have neaprene rubber gasket and locking arrangements.The cabinet shall be painted both internally and externally with powder coated paint (shade RAL 7032 SIEMENS GREY).
