Manning and Operation of Central Type Air Conditioning Plant in summer/Monsoon season through out the year in shifts of eight hours continuous from monday to friday and carrying out daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and Cleaning , Checking/arresting of refrigerant gas leakages, routine checks like oil level, V-belts checking, electrical control checking, cleaning of cooling tower and dusting of all equipments including first hand repairs upto Rs. 500/-quaterly such as as fixing of gland, replacement of packings, repair of electric junction connection etc, all as directed by Enginer-in-charge for the A& K Bldg AC Plant , T V Visual Room and PCDG Bldg in ADE (One shift) having following equipments:- (i) 1 X 16 TR + 1 x 16 TR standby (ii) 1 x 28 TR without standby. (iii) 1 x 14 TR with out standby

All as per item No 01 above, but for Central type AC Plant Computer Centre Bldg and Package type AC Plant at MAV Bldg , ADE (One Shift) and having following equipments:- (i) 2 x 40 TR + 1 x 40 TR as standby (ii) 2x11 T + 1x11 TR as standby

All as per item NO-01 above but for Central type AC Plant at Simel , Avionics and FTTI Bldgs in ADE (One shift) having following equipments :- (i) 3 x 50 TR + 2 x 50 TR standby (ii) 2 x 18 TR (iii) 2 x 18 TR

All as per item No- 01 above but for Central Type AC Plant at Aerodyanamics and CASSA Bldg , ADE having following equipments :- (i) 1 x 30 TR + 1 x 30 TR as standby (ii) 2 x 10 TR

All as per item No-01 above but Package type in JIG Boring and Metrology lab , ADE having following equipments : (i) 1 x 5 TR + 1 x 5 TR as standby (ii) 1 x 5 TR + 1 x 5 TR as standby

All as per item No-01 above but Central type AC Plant at DEBEL and Samiksha AC Plant , ADE (One shift) having following equipments :- (i) 2x36 TR + 1x 36 TR as standby at DEBEL. (ii) 2 x 27 TR at Samiksha

All as per item No- 01 Above but Central type AC Plant at FRP bldg , ADE (One Shift) having following equipments :- (i) 2 x 7 TR (ii) 2 x 15 TR 1.The unit rate quoted shall be for deploying suitable operator/mechanic to run the plant for one month (working days in a week shall be from Monday to Friday excluding holiday). 2. The rate quoted by the contractor is inclusive of dress of operator as approved by GE/stationary for maintaining daily log sheets/running and maintaining required temperature/proper functioning of plant and obtaining users signature in daily maitenance register and putup the atttendence/maintenance register monthly once to the Engr-in-Charge. 3. The rate quoted by the contractor is inclusive of cleaning of cooling tower and complete cleaning of plant and keep the surrounding area of plant and also to run the DG Sets. 4. Replacement of unserviceable spare parts will be measured/paid under relevant items. 5. Shift timing from 0800 to 1630 hrs with 30 min lunch break .6. Minimum operating staff to be emplyoed:- one person in each shift for each AC Plant 7. Contractor will provide shock treatment chart / plant diagram on each plant room. 8. Contractor will provide humidity meter / thermometer in each plant . 9. Dress as approved by GE shall be provided to each operator duly fixed name plate over dress.

All as per item No-01 above but Central type AC Plant at Simulation Bldg, ADE (Two Shift) having following equipments:- (i) AC Plant 2 x 34.5 TR + 1 x 34.5 TR standby Note : a).The unit rate quoted shall be for deploying suitable operator/mechanic to run the plant for one month (Two shifts on working days in a week shall be from Monday to Friday excluding holiday and One shift on Saturday only) b). The rate quoted by the contractor is inclusive of dress as approved by GE/ stationary of maintaining daily log sheets/running and maintaining required temperature/proper functioning of plant and obtaining users signature in daily maitenance register and putup the atttendence/maintenance register monthly once to the Engr-in-Charge. c). The rate quoted by the contractor is inclusive of cleaning of cooling tower and complete cleaning of plant and keep the surrounding area of plant. d). Repacement of unserviceable spare parts will be measured/paid under relevant items.. e). Two shifts timing from 0600 to 1400 hrs and from 1400 to 2200 hrs & One shift timing from 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs Minimum operating staff to be emplyoed:- one person in each shift for each AC Plant (Two shift/day)

NOTE for item NO 01 to 08 :- (a) The contractor shall employ the operator having ITI / Experience certificate from recognized Institutions/ Firms for operation of same nature OF CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING installation since three years. (b) ) In case contractor fails to employ the duty personnel in any of the shift he shall be liable to bear the panel recovery @ 500/- per shift and no payment shall be made for that shift

Supply and fixing of shaft seal assembly of any make and model of compressor including removing of the unserviceable shaft seal assembly and testing all as specified and as directed.

M & L for replament of old/unserviceable compressor oil SERVO FRIZ F 68 of Indian oil or equivalent in BPCL/HPCL all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Periodical maintenance on monthly basis of Ductable type Split Air conditioner plants of any capacity like checking for proper electrical connection, checking/tightening of V belt, checking refrigerant pipe line, arresting refrigerant gas leakage if any, checking of proper functioning of electrical control panel, checking/cleaning of pre filter (twice in a month), cleaning of out door unit with soap solution and routine checking to ensure smooth running of package AC plants including preparation of monthly inspection report in the register as per proper format for each plant installed at following locations complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Ductable split type AC 01 x4 TR at Rustom (b) Ductable split type AC 02 x4 TR at Simel Doom at ADE (c) Ductable split type AC 04 x4.5 TR at SED at ADE (d) Ductable split type AC 01 x4 TR at CTC at ADE (e) Ductable split type AC 04 x 2 TR at PTA (f) Ductable split type AC02 x 2 TR Note: 1. Minor items like capacitor /relay shall be replaced in the quoted rated. 2. Refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid seperatly.

(a) LCA Conference hall 04 x 2TR (b) Avionics bldgs 06 x2 TR at Simel Doom at ADE (c) MST Bldg 07 X 2 TR (d) Glass Bldg 02 X 2 TR (e) Hills Bldg 02 x 2 TR (f) Director Bldg 04 x 2 TR Note: 1. Minor items like capacitor /relay shall be replaced in the quoted rated. 2. Refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid seperatly.

Supply and charging of Refrigerant gas R-22/407C/134a. Make:- Refron/Fluoron/Mefron

Supply and fix in replacemnet of V Belt of air conditioning plant of size upto C120 all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacemnet of AC power relay upto 63 Amp all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out the existing mono block centrifugal type pump set and supply and fix new centrifugal pump set of cap 5 HP fixing in position, connecting up electrical and pipe line connection, testing and commissioning for satisfactory smooth operation iall as specified and directed. Old pump shall be deposited to AGE E/M Store yard.

All as per item No 16 above, but of 7.5 HP three phase pump

Material and labour for overhauling & refurbishing of induction motors by carring out the following works including reassembling the same and testing complete for 40 HP to 75 HP capacity and different capacities as under :- (a) Disconnection of power supply after proper electrical shut down, taking out the motor from foundation by and dismantling the coupling and transporting to workshop from site if necessary. (b) Dismantling the motor assembly, cleaning of winding for all traces of dust & grease and cleaning the inner surfaces by petrol, pre heating of stator in the heating chamber at 100 degree celcius for 4 hours and applying of bectol red finishing varnish over the winding. Note :- 1. Transportation and necessary T&P for shifting the motor to workshop & back to site shall be included in the quoted rates by the contractor. 2. Major spares like bearing, couplings will be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

All as per item No- 18 above, but of cap 7.5 HP to 15 HP Induction motor

Supply only Driving End (DE) and Non Driving End (NDE) bearings for the upto 75 HP capacities

Supply only Driving End (DE) and Non Driving End (NDE) bearings for the 7.5 HP to 15 HP cap

Supply and fix in replacement of water seal gland of exisitng monoblock pump set upto 30 HP capacity all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable rubber tyre and coupling set for AC plant Compressor model number 5H66 and supply and fix new rubber tyre and coupling set , dynamically balanced incl making good surrounding surface and testing and commissioning all as directed by Engineer- in- Charge

Dismantling of old unserviceable Gear Box with Pulley and belts for paharpur cooling tower 40 ton AC Plant , model number 3831, and supply and fix new Gear Box with Pulley and belts including making good the surrounding areas and retesting and commissioning of the same as per Engineer in charge instructions

Dismantling of old unserviceable fly wheel for SMC 65 compressor of Accel make , supply and fix new compressor fly wheel, dynamically balanced including making good surrounding surface and testing and commissioning all as directed by Engineer in charge-
