Supplying and delivery at site of 900 mm dia (ID) MS pipes with 20mm wall thickness (each segment 2.5m length) and without inside and outside coating with Fe410 grade steel conforming IS 3589 :2001The rates are including transporting,rolling,welding (welding should be provided with v notch) rerolling,loading and unloading charges etc.complete.
Design and Construction of drive pit, thrust wall, thrust bed to the required size of 5.0 m x 4.0 m to accommodate the pipe jacking units with working space for install 1500 mm & 900 mm dia MS encasing pipes at a depth of 4.0m deep form the road level. Including Necessary steel reinforcement, cement, centering, shoring, strutting, finishing, curing etc. Complete. The cost including earth work excavation with all lead and lift, providing timbering/shoring arrangements to trench, bailing out of water, restoring the site condition after completion of work including all cost of material labor charges, tools and plants etc.
Earthwork excavation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, muram, gravel stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil as per SS 20B with initial lead of 10 Mtrs. and lift of 2 Mtrs. Shoring and strutting with sheet piles (0 to 4.5m)
Supplying and filling with M-sand for foundation and basement as per standard specification including watering, consolidating, ramming etc., complete

Testing of M.S./C.I./P.V.C./D.I pipes with hydraulic testing equipment by filling with water(including cost of water @ Rs.73/KL) and testing to recommended pressure in convenient stetches and attending the bursts if any occured during the test, excluding the cost of pipes, including other incidental and operational charges, etc., complete for the following diametres of pipes.
