Demolition of brick work/ solid block masonry built in cement mortar complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors & pavings n. Exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B 1 as in floor sub base and paving etc complete all as directed.

Note : The width of tiles 100 mm to be cut from full size of tiles as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc as in kitchen platform etc, complete all as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

Preparing new plastered surfaces of any description and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as directed.
