JOB ORDER FOR REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF HT CABLE FROM PH III 66 MRS TO VCB PENAL OF CAIR SUB STN INCLUDING CONNECTED WORK UNDER GE I R AND D WEST BANGALORE

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide not exc. 1.5 m in depth; for laying of cables not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out , trimming sides, forming bottom surface to required level complete in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick as in soils all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above starting point all as specified and as directed.

Taking out and relaying precast concrete cable covers, class HV, type 1, flat size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Screening excavated earth (passing through 12 mm square mesh), laying riddled earth in trenches for cable protection, under and above Cable all as specified in SSR Part - I (Clause No 19.75) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Punned thickness of riddled earth of 18 cm will be measured and paid.

Taking down existing 11000 Volts grade cable and relaying the old XLPE insulated, screened, bedded galvanised steel strip/wire armoured heavy duty with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area of 185 to 300 Sqmm 3 core laid in trenches including necessary lugs,joiniting and tesing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE rmoured aluminium conductor cable of size 300 sqmm.

Material and labour for detection of any type of fault in HT underground Line of any size and core. (laid in soil at plane area or forest area) with the help of HT Meggar. Seggregation of faulty span by meggering and making span serviceable by repair of cable or replacement of cable. 1. Detection of one fault in faulty span will be measured as Each 2. Earth work and taking out will be measured seperately. 3. Material for repair and replacement will be measured saperately.

Supply and fix IDMT relay in replacement of U/S relay any type and any make with Numerical relay microprocesser based model including retrofiting to the existing panels and programming the relays for overlaod and earthfault setting with respect to trip settings of HT panels Sub station or other sub station insuch a way that fault are arrested locally the tip testing carry over suitable with 66KV sub station/other complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unseviceable DC power back up, and supply and fix input 230Volt AC / Output 110Volt DC suitable for the existing VCB with all controll wiring with copper conducter cable of suiable core and size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for fabrication work with MS sheet of size 3mm thickness with powder coated paint for close / cover the existing fixed old relay opene place on the VCB panel for fixing arrangement to new relay all as specified and directed.

Testing and commissioning of VCB of primary & secondary injection of relays and relay coordination testing the all type safety controlling setting for smooth functioning the VCB panel all as speicfied and directed.
