M&L for roughning sufaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc brushing neat cement slury @ 3Kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on wall in (cement mortar 1:4 )on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for vitrified double charge ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) policed area of each tiles exc 0.42 Sqm and n.exc 1.00 Sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement grout to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All same as per item No 5 here in before but as in skirting

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm and n. exc 2 Sqm ( refixing in same opening ) after cutting the bottom rail at requiared size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
