Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning 3.5 core 300 sqmm 1100 volts grade, LT XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed as per IS-7098 (Part-I), 1988 with latest amendments, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty, electric cables, with multistranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ passing through pipe/duct/road crossing or fixed on poles, walls with suitable size clamps made out of mild steel flat iron including jointing material such as crimping type lugs, brass cable glands, heavy duty double compression type etc., including disconnecting and taking down unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed :- Note: Earthwork Excavation, sand cushioning, GI pipe and cable protection will be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No 1 above but of capacity 3.5 core 185 Sqmm

All as per item No 1 above but of capacity 3.5 core 150 Sqmm

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out in hard/dense sol complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in , including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cms complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtrs above the starting point all as directed.

Supply and spread natural dry river sand for cable cushioning in trenches and punned down all as specified and directed. Note : Prunned thickness will be measured for payment.

Supply and lay un reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class LV type II flat size 300X180mmX40mm all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the existing unserviceable LT panel board, Fabricate, supply and install cubicle type CPRI approved make LT panel board, indoor type, totally enclosed, dust & vermin proof (protection class IP 54) front opening with self locking arrangment made out of MS angle iron frame work, MS flat iron and CRCA sheet of 2.0 mm thick as per IS 5039 duly painted with powder coated paint of approved shade after minimum seven tank treatment process. Panel board shall be suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system complete with 1200 amp capacity aluminium bus bar and wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated, multi stranded copper conductors and all connected acessories required for satisfactory functioning of panel board such as thimbles, glands, bolts, nuts, washers etc., and all other accessories, as required at site complete all as specified and directed including supplying and fixing of following all as indicated below :-

(a) Single unit digital type Ammeter of range 0-1200 Amps and voltmeter of range 0-500 volts with CTs/PTs conforming to relevent IS code. Make : AE/NECO/L&T -1 No. (b) LED type indicator lamp set of red, yellow and green.-1 set, (c ) The panel shall have adequate space for fixing the following :- (i) ACB 4 pole ,800 Amp current carrying capacity-01 No, (ii) MCCB 3 pole, 630 Amp current carrying capacity.-2 Nos (iii) MCCB 3 pole, 250 Amp current carrying capacity.-4 Nos (iv) MCCB 3 pole, 100 Amp current carrying capacity.-4 Nos Notes : 1. ACBs, MCCBs will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items. 2. Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary arrangement for connecting and proper alignment of the panel board with the existing panel board.

Supply and fix LT Air circuit breaker with thermal-magnetic based release (over load, short circuit, earth fault protection and metering relay) having current carrying capacity 800 Amp, breaking capacity 50 KA, 415 volt,50 Hz, 4 pole, mechanical draw out type with mannual spring charge mechanism with self contained CTs. Make: Seimens/GE/L&T/ABB/Standard

Supply and fix 3 pole 630 Amp ,50KA ruppturing capacity MCCBs with adjustable thermal and magnetic settings, 50 Hz at 415 volt, conforming to IEC -60947-II/ IS-13947-II including provision of copper cable/ extended terminals of suitable ratings from MCCBs to busbar and connection of LT cables with MCCBs with suitable size aluminium lugs complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havell's/Schneider/Standard/GEC/LegrandL&T

MCCBs all as per Sl Item No 11 above but 250 amp ,35 KA ruppturing capacity.

MCCBs All as per Sl Item No 11 above but 100 Amp ,16 KA ruppturing capacity.

LT Panel Board all as per Sl Item No 9. here in before but with 900 Amp capacity Busbar including supplying fixing of following all as indicated below.

(a) Single unit digital type Ammeter of range 0-600 Amps and voltmeter of range 0-500 vots with CT's / PT's conforming to relevent IS Code. Make-Legrand/Havells/L&T -1 No. (b) LED type indicator lamp set of red, yellow and green.-1 set. The panel shall have adequate space for fixing of following :- (i) MCCB 4 pole, 630 Amp current carrying capacity.-1 Nos. (ii) MCCB 3 pole , 200 Amp current carrying capacity.-2 Nos. (iii) MCCB 3 pole, 100 Amp current carrying capacity.-3 Nos. (iv) MCCB 3 pole, 63 Amp current carrying capacity.-3 Nos. Notes: 1. MCCBs will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items. 2. Unit rate qouted shall be demeed to inculde for necessary arrangement for connecting and proper alignment of the panel board with the existing panel board.

Opening of LT panel board, disconnecting and removing of the burnt out cable end terminations, cutting and reterminating of the cable end portions with proper size of lugs and decarbonising of panel busbar and cleaning with CTC, replacing of cable glands, connecting back cable end termination properly, opening of the busbar chambers, cutting removing of the cable connections, reterminating with proper size of lugs, tightening of the bus bar nuts, bolts including wrapping of the busbar with colour codes, checking of all switches, MCCBs all isolators, tightening of the loose connections replacing of burnt out fuse, cut out fuses with new ones complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of unserviceable rubber matting with new one of 12mm thick 1M X2 M LT ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge

Supply and replacement of unserviceable HT rubber mat with new one of of size 1mx2mx19mm ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable analoge/digital type ammeter, square type from LT panel boards, supply and fixing analog/digital type ammeter,square type of ratio 200/5 suiitable for three phase supply with suitable capacity CTs including electric connection and testing complete all as specified and directed

Taking out unserviceable analoge/digital type voltmeter from LT panel boards, supply and fixing analog/digital type volt meter of 0-500 volt range suitable for three phase supply including electric connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable LED type indicator lamp unit from the panel boards, supply and fixing LED type indicator lamp unit of red/ yellow/ blue/ green/ Amber with bulb including connection and testing complete all as specified and directed. Make: AE/IMP/KAYCEE/C&S/L&T

M&L in repairs, Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 3.15mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to copper strip 20x3mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts made out of galvanized iron or steel all as shown on Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Note 1: The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, 50mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate cover slab reinforced with 6 Nos of 8mm dia TMT bars both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe medium grade 25mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (Notes) under sub-heading earthing, specified on Sl Page No. 422 of SSR Part-II. 2. Copper earth strip beyond 7.5m will be measured and paid separately.

M&L, copper earth strip 20 x 3mm buried in ground or fixed on wall or drawn through pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for earthing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, Painting to outer surface of panel board / feeder pillar box installed at various locations with one coat of synthetic enamel grey paint using spray gun machine after removing all dust and rust and writing date of painting with black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note: The exposed surface of panel meters, lamps, switchgears to be suitably covered during painting.

M&L Glow sign board (Bakelite) details of sub station/AC plant equipment of letters size 100mm on flexy (1500mmx1500mm) with vinyl digital cutting and pasting with suitable tube light fitting including chokes and electrical connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and spread 20mm stone aggregate in layers inside the substation switching yard including leveling,ramming complete all as specified and directed.

Painting to HT 4 pole structures including all connected MS structures with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of old painted surfaces including marking the pole in white capital letters including painting the pole with black bituminous paint from ground level to a height of 1.5 mtr and making two Nos alternative yellow strip of 300 mm high on black painted portion of the pole with yellow synthetic enamel paint at a height of 0.3 mtr and 0.9 mtr from ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Painting to HT 2 pole structures including all connected MS structures with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of old painted surfaces including marking the pole in white capital letters including painting the pole with black bituminous paint from ground level to a height of 1.5 mtr and making two Nos alternative yellow strip of 300 mm high on black painted portion of the pole with yellow synthetic enamel paint at a height of 0.3 mtr and 0.9 mtr from ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Painting to HT MS electric single pole and connected cross arms, pipe etc.with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of old painted surfaces including marking the pole in white capital letters and painting the pole with black bituminous paint from ground level to a height of 1.5 mtr and making two Nos yellow radium strip of 100 mm high at a height of 1.2 mtr and 1.4 mtr from ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting and trimming of tree branches/ creepers to clear the HT over head lines at a clearence of 2 Mtr from both sides of conductors to clear the arc of HT over head lines feeders including repairing and jointing of ACSR conductor if damaged during cutting of trees and removal of trimmed branches of trees complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Labour only for straightening of HT over head line( 3 conductors) of ACSR conductor of any size and any span by disconnecting and removing from insulators including providing necessary binding wire and jumpering after proper stringing all as directed by Engineer in Charge

Supply and replacement of disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of pin type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green, including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia , working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the electric supply and taking down the broken/ unserviceable post top insulator and supply and fix new post top porcelain insulator vitreous brown GI clamps, nuts, bolts etc suitable for 11000 volts grade working pressure complete all as specified and directed. Supply ,fixing, commissioning and testing horizontally operated, triple pole,outdoor gang operated air break switch (GOD), 11000 volt grade, 200 amp current rating consisting of moving and fixed jaws, nine insulators ( 3 Nos insulators in each phase), mounted over MS channel frame, fuse carriers and fuse elements,operating mechanism suitable for operating from ground,made out of GI tubing ,medium grade 25 mm dia with operatiing handle and locking arrangement,aluminium jumpers of suitable size including testing and commissioning etc. all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down the defective gang operated switch from HT 2 pole/ 4 pole structures after disconnecting the electric connection, jumpering, unscrewing bolts and nuts etc. complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing lightning arresters (set of three) expulsion type, complete with all fittings, transmission class discharge capacity 65 Kilo amps, 11000 volt grade on 2 pole/ 4 pole structures with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed including removing the unserviceable 11KV lightning arrestor.
