M&L for taking down cracked loose plastering of highly deteriorated portion of RCC beams, pillars, chajjas, roof slab, cup board and lintel including cleaning of reinforcement bars of any size by scraping and removing the rust completely by using suitable rust removing liquid (Shali Prime RC of STP Ltd or equivalent) and applying epoxy based anti corrosive paint (Shali Prime Zn R of STP Ltd or equivalent) to old concrete surface as per manufacturer's recommendations, recasting of RCC members with cement concrete (1:1½:3) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate mixed with plasticizer admixer powder STP No. 1 of STP Ltd or equivalent @ 1 kg/ 50 kg bag of cement including provision of 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) and finishing the surface as per existing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for use of formwork and scaffolding for height upto 11m. However, reinforcement required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for cutting and widening of crack of size n. exc. 10mm wide and 10mm deep in roof slabs, beams, CB walls, lintel etc. and filling the crack with Epoxy injection (Make Dr Fixit Epoxy Injection or equivalent from other approved make) as recommended by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in padding concrete on roof slab and finished the surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP modified prefabricated polymeric membrane, 3mm thick of weight not less than 3.6Kg/ Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt, black finished on cold sticker and torch application of membrane with 10cm over lap after necessary preparation of roof surface over 10mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with and including WPC as per manufacturer's instructions including water proofing treatment consisting of the following all as specified:- (i) One coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Kg/ Sqm.
