Disconnection of all Primery/Secondary connection of the defective transformer up to 625 KVA capacity and 11/ 0.433 KV out door / indoor any make taking down / out from plinth / pole / platform with the help of crane and transporting the same carefully to workshop for repair and bringing back and install, with all connections as directed, after repair in its existing position, including testing and commissioning, complete all as directed.

M&L for Making Primery/Secondary coil with insulating copper wire of required gauge, craft paper, cotton tape, HT/LT insulation as per specification of old transformer including making of coil as required for various capacity of transformer complete all as directed.

Dehydration including filtration cleaning of transformer oil in transformer indoor / outdoor type at different locations of DRDO Township, DMRL, DLRL, DSC and ANURAG area by centrifusion machine having minimum capacity 1000 to 30000 ltrs / hr including testing oil before and after dehydration for each complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs Silica gel complete all as directed.

Opening of the 11 KV / 0.433 KV transformer up to 625 KVA by removing the inspection cover / top cover, decanning of the transformer oil up to the required level for replacement of leaked cork seal with insulator or LT/HT bush (which is unserviceable) complete from the shell and making connections again of LT/HT bush to avoid leakage of oil refilling back to existing oil into the transformer, complete testing & commissioning complete all as directed. Note : HT/LT bush will be measured and paid separately under relevant item and cork seal with insulator is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for opening the top of Transformer upto 625 KVA for renewal of jumper (with brazing or welding) with new copper wire of existing size after removal of burnt out jumpering including decanning of oil upto required level for completing the work and testing the tranformer after completing the work, all as directed.
