Providing and Laying Solid cement concrete block masonry with M-5 Grade in super structure in cement mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand). The rate shall also include providing and placing in position 2 nos of 8 mm dia bars at every third course of the masonry work, including making arrangement for flush concealing DB/plug point/switch box enclosure etc. including dismantling in floor or walls by cutting masonary and making good the damage to walls.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:1.5:3 at all levels (1 cement, 1.5 crushed sand, 3 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications and drawings but excluding the cost of shuttering, centering and steel reinforcement.

Providing, centering, shuttering Form work using steel plates, timber planks for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports, bracings etc. and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels For Super Structure

Providing and fixing TMT Steel Reinforcement bars of specified grades manufactured using virgin materials confirming to IS 1786 for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with binding wire, including anchoring of rebars with concrete surfaces for transiom and mullions wherever required all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. Using TMT bars of specified grades. TMT bars to be supplied by vendors as per Technical specification using virgin materials

Providing 20 mm thick plastering using Ready mix external plastering compound (in two layers) as approved by Engineer in charge and as per technical specifications spec for external faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning scaffolding (up to 10 metres height complete).all as per specifications including forming drip moulds wherever necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Extra over item 5 above for Plastering exterior walls of height more than 10 m from ground level for every additional height of 3 m or part thereof

Providing and fixing G.I. chicken mesh in the junctions of concrete & brick work / masonry or as directed by the Engineer in charge including cutting, fixing with nails in position before plastering complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (only area of the chicken mesh used alone will be measured)

Providing, supplying and fixing hollow metal flush steel doors (single or double) 40 mm thick as approved by Engineer in charge and as per technical specifications consisting of door frame and shutters and all hardware fittings, frame made out of 14g thick G.I sheets and shutters made of 16g thick sheets, hollow portion filled with puff, including necessary stiffeners in shutters and frame, vision panel of specified size with 4 mm glass and clip on pressed steel frame for vision panels, fixing 4 nos heavy duty stainless steel 304 grade ball bearing, fire tested stainless steel butt hinges of size 100 x 75 x 3.00 mm (heavy weight) of approved make with suitable stainless steel screws, mortise / dead lock of approved make, a pair of 200 mm long stainless steel handles, 250 mm long stainless steel tower bolt, etc. frame hollow portion filled with PCC 1:2:4, necessary hold fast embedded in concrete, fixing in concrete with anchor fasteners. finished with Polyurethane painting of approved colour complete all as per drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing of Hollow metal Two Hour fire rated doors (single or double) consisting of door frame and shutters and all hardware fittings as per IS 3614 part-1 & part-2 for stability and integrity. Pressed Galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following specifications. The recommended fire doors shall have type test report from CBRI or ARAI or NABL approved for minimum rating of 2 hours with vision panel. Deviation in specification and sheet thickness other than what is mentioned in the test certificates shall not be allowed. Proper label confirming the type of door and the hourly rating shall be mandatory. Door shall include fixing 4 nos heavy duty stainless steel 304 grade ball bearing, fire tested stainless steel butt hinges of size 100 x 75 x 3.00 mm (heavy weight) as per technical specifications with suitable stainless steel screws, mortise / dead lock of as per technical specification and as approved by Engineer in charge, a pair of 200 mm long stainless steel handles, 250 mm long stainless steel tower bolt / concealed tower bolt etc. frame hollow portion filled with PCC 1:2:4, necessary hold fast embedded in concrete, fixing in concrete with anchor fasteners. finished with Polyurethane painting of approved colour complete all as per drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing fire rated Steel Rim Panic Exit Device as per technical specifications and as approved by Engineer in charge & quality in single leaf door upto 1000mm wide including all accessories etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing Rolling shutters as per technical specification and as approved by Engineer in charge as per ISI standards made out of required size of MS lathes 18 gauge interlocked together throughout entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipes shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside & outside locking with push and pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary springs of required size and M. S top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters Rolling shutters (Laths Interlocked) gear operated type with handles including top hood 1.25mm mm thick

Extra over the cost of rolling shutters for providing and fixing motorized arrangements( with remote & manual operation) including designing, control panels, limit switches, required wiring and cables from panel to motor and required size of shaft etc as per technical specification and as approved by Engineer in charge all as per standard specifications including commissioning and testing complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(only power supply point will be provided) For rolling shutters above 30 Sq.m and up to 60 sq.m opening area.

Grouting below base plates of columns, equipments, around the foundation bolts, or locations as specified using pre-packed cementetious non-shrink grout (of approved brand & quality) including cleaning the base by water / compressed air, pre-soaking, shuttering / formwork, mixing, placing, curing etc. complete all as per manufacturer's guidelines and as directed by the Engineer-incharge.
