M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for embedding holdfast, bed block, cills, etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel small articles using flat iron such as band, strap, hold fast, cleat, support, hook, hinges, base tie for door frame etc and other similar items conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 including retaining with tar or coat tar black paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F well seasoned 2nd class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkat and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints including treating the timber libarally brushed at least twice with oil or kerosene based solusion of chlorophyrifos 20EC 1.0 % (by weight) concentration complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 35 mm thick, second class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters as in doors divided into squares open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge, etc, divided in to squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded complete all as specified and directed in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 8.24 (a).

M & L for glazed ceramic, coloured tiles, Grade B III, 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tiles not less than 0.06 sqm as in skirting/dado/vertical surfaces including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for granite stone slab (of any type) 20 to 25mm thick, machine cut, as in cooking platform, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 & cutting, polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, kneelers, bed plates etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry type C1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layer (10mm + 5mm thick) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound at top 5mm thick layer by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
