Laying and Jointing PVC Pipe. Heading

Shifting of one number of 12 mtr Semi high mast system with its accessories and, reinstallation, testing, commissioning the same on suitable RCC (1:2:4) shallow foundation of size 1m(L)x1m wide and 2m deep i/c excavation of earth , providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement of cold twisted bar of 12 mm dia-2100mm long (approx.)-16 nos. and reinforcement of cold twisted bar of 8 mm dia- 3700 mm (approx.)-13 nos. (with 150 mm spacing ) as required with positioning of foundation bolts and providing DWC HDPE pipe for cable entry & exit with foundation nut bolts and anchor plate as required for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/sqm at 2mts. depth .

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Supply of XLPE insulated,PVC sheathed Al.conductor Armoured Cable Conforming to IS 7098/1988 of following Sizes (a) 2 X6 SQmm

Supply of XLPE insulated,PVC sheathed Al.conductor Armoured Cable Conforming to IS 7098/1988 of following Sizes (a) 2 X10 SQmm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/recessed conduit/submain wiring /cable as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and laying of HDPE PIPE OF 40mm outer dia with PN 4 rating by hand Moling/Mannual method Confirming to IS 4984

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. 3 x 2.5 sq. mm

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. 5 x 2.5 sq. mm

Providing and laying in position M25 grade reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 450 mm(L) x 450 mm wide and 1000 mm deep i/c excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, rewinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12 mm dia -960mm long (approx.) - 8 nos.and reinforcement of cold twisted bar of 8 mm dia - 1400 mm (approx.) - 6 nos. (with 150 mm spacing) as required with supplying and positioning of 4 nos foundation bolts of size 16mm dia and 600 mm long,J type i/c 2 nos. template anchor plates of size 225x225x3 mm and providing DCW HDPE for cable entry and exit as required for 3m and 5 mtr pole.

Providing and laying in position M25 grade reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 600 mm(L) x 600 mm wide and 1200 mm deep i/c excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, rewinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12 mm dia -1160mm long (approx.) - 8 nos.and reinforcement of cold twisted bar of 8 mm dia - 1600 mm (approx.) - 8 nos. (with 150 mm spacing) as required with supplying and positioning of 4 nos foundation bolts of size 20mm dia and 750 mm long,J type i/c 2 nos. template anchor plates of size 225x225x3 mm and providing DCW HDPE for cable entry and exit as required for 7m and 8 mtr pole.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 meter in width, and lift upto 1.5 meter, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meter

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6(1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc. including form work etc. as required

Providing and fixing FRP Fencing at Electrical Installations with necessary concreting for grounding vertical post, hardware, accessories , fittings etc of 2000 mm height above the ground and 300 mm grounding in ground minimum along with fencing 1 nos of FRP gate with necessary hardware, accessories, brass/stainless steel metal lock fittings etc of suitable length , width & height i.e. 1 number gate as per site requirement

Supplying and fixing of light class G.I. pipe of 50 mm dia. (nominal) 3 metres length along the pole for protection of under ground cable as required.
