Cleaning of open drain (Sadul Minor) from intake point to raw water storage tank near clear water pump house by means of taking out mud/silt, Shrub grass, bushes and other solid and semi solid particles from cross section of canal and removing them and depositing in low line area n.exc 10 m from the starting point. Cutting and trimming the tree branches from both sides of the canal not exc 3 mtr wide at top and 0.40 m wide at bottom at a depth of not more than 1.5 m complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-charge. The length of canal is appx 1.1 km from intake point to storage tank.

M&L for dewatering of Raw water intake tank 2.5 LG of size 41x22x4 Mtr at (GCPH) with pump set and manually removal of complete dirt/sludge/ silt of avarage depth 0.8 mtr from the tank and depositing where directed at a distance not less than 50 mtr from the tank. The work include scraping the side walls and bottom of tank including removal of plants etcd from inside of the tank and cutting and removal of grass, Shurb bushes etc from 3 Mtr around the external walls of the tank inculding transportation charge all as directed and specified. Note for 5 to 8 :- (i) Any Damagae caused to the tank during cleannig shall be made good by the contractor with out any extra cost. (ii) For cleaning of the tank equipment and manpower shall be employed by the contractor in such a manner that cleaning in all respect with in 10 days of issue of Job/Supply order. (iii) The contractor shall take the necessary arrangement to block the incoming water to sludge tank before starting the work and opening the same after cleaning the tank without any extra payment. (iv) No extra payment will be made for transportation of pumping set or any other machinary required the above work . (v) contractor will be sole responsible for dewatering apart from foot valve . transportation of obtained mud ,T & P required and other safety measures in respect of above work without any extra payment. (vi) Trimming, cutting, uprooting and removing of Trees/Bushes/ Beeds/roots/ vegetation etc upto 5 mtr surrounding area and inside the tank floor embarcement and making good disturbed surface also included in the job.

M&L for dewatering of Raw water intake tank 2.0 LG of size 30 x 30 x 4 Mtr at (GCPH) with pump set and manually removal of complete dirt/sludge/ silt of avarage depth 0.8 mtr from the tank approximate 216 cum sludeg/silt etc and depositing where directed at a distance not less than 50 mtr from the tank. The work include scraping the side walls and bottom of tank including removal of plants etcd from inside of the tank and cutting and removal of grass, Shrub bushes etc from 3 Mtr around the external walls of the tank inculding transportation charge all as directed and specified.

The work include scraping the side walls and bottom of tank including removal of plants etcd from inside of the tank and cutting and removal of grass, Shrub bushes etc from 3 Mtr around the external walls of the tank inculding transportation charge all as directed and specified.

M&L for dewatering of Sludge tank 2.5 LG of size 14 x 17 x 5 Mtr at (OPH) with pump set and manually removal of complete dirt/sludge/ silt of avarage depth 0.8 mtr from the tank and depositing where directed at a distance not less than 50 mtr from the tank. The work include scraping the side walls and bottom of tank including removal of plants etc from inside of the tank and cutting and removal of grass, Shrub bushes etc from 3 Mtr around the external walls of the tank inculding transportation charge all as directed and specified.

Material, labour and services for taking sample of treated water in sterlised bottles/Cane from STP/Clear water supply point, UG Sump / OH Reservoir for analysis of water for the following parameters and obtaining sample test report from Govt Recognized Laboratories: (i) Physio Chemical Analysis of Water (Colour, odour, pH, Total solids, Dissolved Solids, Permanent hardness, Temporary Hardness, Free Ammonia and saline Ammonia Albuminoidal, Nitrites, Nitrates, Oxygen absorption at 15 Min, Iron, Fluoride, magnisium, lead) (ii) Microbiological Analysis (Total Choliforms, Eschirrchea Coli) Note : 1. A certificate of approval / certification of Lab by Govt Of India / State Govt shall be submitted by the contractor to the deptt. 2. Sample shall be submitted to the Laboratory within 24 Hrs of collection of sample 3. One samples will be checked in each job(quaterly)

S&F in replacement of framed work as angle iron in Tank cover/lid with locking arrangement made out of MS black sheet of size 5 mm thick and frame of MS flat iron including welding, preparing surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including embedding bottom portion in PCC bed 1:2:4 type B1 complete all as specified.
