REPAIR TO MANSOON DRAIN, RETAINING WALL, DRAIN COVER, ETC AT NSB AND INS SHIVAJI, LONAVALA

Cleaning of blockage in storm water or surfaces water drains with necessary excavation inside the drains carefully not exceeding 1.50 m wide & 1.50M depth and getting out all silt mixed with earth and other foreign materials from inside the drains. NOTE-Contractor would cleandrains either manually or through machinery as per site requirement and as directed by Engg-in-charge. Damage to drains,would be rectified by contractor without any extra cost while doing the job .width of drain would be measured at bottom for this purpose.

All as per Srl Item No 1 here-in-before but exc. 1.50m and n. exc. 3.00m wide.

Removing Silt from drain, culvert etc. and brooming down with steel wire brush, scraping down smoke shoot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots for width of drain exc. 3.00m etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting or uprooting grass on old mud phuska, removing rubbish off the premises, cleaning surface of dranage area complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick/stone/block masonry built in cement mortar incl coping etc complete in any position, locations etc incl removing the unserviceable debris as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in any position and paving n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) any position and removing the rubbish outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains,etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing, cement concrete of 1:2:4 B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in copings, bottom of drain etc complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.
