Periodical & preventive maintenance of (quarterly basis) including repair, renewal/ replacement of defective parts of mechanical laundry and complete check by appropriate instrument such as open and refitted gears, ball bearing, cleaning stem pipe lines & valves etc mechanical laundry to wash, dry and ironing for an average load of various types of solid linen and including following equipments/machinery for 149 BEDS at MH BHOPAL complete all as specified and directed. Item 1.00 contd/…. Scope of periodical and preventive maintenance includes the following: - (i) To check the alignment of all machineries and rectify if necessary. (ii) To check and correct the weight arrangement of each machine and adjustment it by the microprocessor card. (iii) Oiling and greasing of each machine by mechanical method like adjustment of pressure pump etc. (iv) Check all electric connections to each equipments/machines and rectify if necessary. (v) Cleaning, oiling and servicing tank of capacity 1000 litres - 01 No. (vi) To check and re-fixing of single rolling chest for steam with air suspended iron chest. (vii) Check and calibrate Vacuum Ironing Table, Size of the table 4' x 2.5' with imported steam iron and fittings. -03 Nos. (viii) Check Hand iron for pressing the clothes, 6.5 Kg weight 1 'rWJ capacity suitable for 230 V, Single phase, 50 HZ AC -01 No. (ix) Through check of Air compressor capable of delivering 6 kg/cm² compressed air at delivery point with tank capacity 150 litre - 01 No. (x) Checking of Compressor air supply pipe lines complete. -01 Job. (xi) Water softening plant suitable to deliver 1000 litres per hour soft water having hardness of less than 5 PPM including all accessories as required complete - 01 No. Note: - Other conditions (i) The tenderer shall provide one technician/site engineer along with necessary staff and requisite T&P quarterly for inspection of plant and to rectify faults for smooth functioning of the mechanical laundry plant. (ii) The minor part required during periodical maintenance for smooth functioning of mech laundry should be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer. (iii) The major part should be replaced (only if required) and measured & paid separately.

Periodical maintenance (Quarterly basis) Boiler of make Thermax capable of generating steam 400 Kg per hour at 100DC having reverse of fuel technology steam output at safety valve set pressure of 10.5 Kg per square centimetre, LDO/HSD operated fixed complete at MH Bhopal complete all as specified and directed. The purpose of the annual service contract is to: (i) Ensure SMOOTH operation of system / Ensure up time. (ii) Corrections in Operation & Maintenance Practices to explore the chances of Operating Cost Reduction. (iii) Check the possibility of operation cost reduction by modifications. Efficiency optimization improvement. (iv) To get the Maximum out of Annual Maintenance of the System. (v) Better planning for Spares/consumable Stocking to avoid the delay at the time of break down, though as authorized franchisee of Thermax, we are maintaining sufficient quantity of spares in our Bhopal Go down. (vi) 100% availability of the unit for the service run. Scope of ANNUAL SERVICE CONTRACT: The ANNUAL SERVICE CONTRACT for the Softener Plants shall be offered in 6: 6:1 i.e., six visits of one day each for the once in two months (General Check-up), Six visits breakdown (on demand), one visit for over hauling.

Item 2.00 contd/…. Details of the work description during visit is as under Once in two months Visits: This shall be a “1 DAY VISIT” once in two months during which the following activities shall be carried out: (i) Overall Survey of the Installation. (ii) Check number of streams & flows etc. (iii) Check Inlet/Outlet parameters, Flow rates." "(iv) Intermediate quality parameters. (v) Evaluation of available Instrumentation. (vi) Log books details. (vii) Specific Problems if any. BREAK DOWN Visit: Three visits are planned for break down. If more visits are paid for attending break down, they will be adjusted with once in two months visits. (i) Learn the detail background of the problem on the phone prior to the B/d visit. (ii) Identify and resolve the problem immediately, if possible, through guidance or arrest the Symptoms. (iii) Identify problem. (iv) Root Cause analysis. (v) Rectify the problem at root cause. (vi) Equipment put back in action. (vii) Inform customer nature of breakdown / malfunctioning, cause of the problem and the solution. (viii) Also inform the customer about the action taken / to be taken. (ix) Inform customer about the action to be taken to avoid repetition of problems. (x) Track breakdown, component failures. (xi) Unit put back in to operation. OVERHAULING Visit: This shall be OVERHAULING visit once in year for the period of 1-2 days maximum depending on the size of the unit. EXCLUSIONS FROM ANNUAL SERVICE CONTRACT (i) Any Spares Supply if required. (ii) Any Chemicals, lubricants, consumables etc. if required. (iii) Detailed Analysis of Influent & Outlet Effluent if required. We will do standard analysis by which we can optimize the unit and check the performance, like TDS, pH, TH, Talk, Cl, etc. (iv) Facilities for Inspection & Checking if required. Note :- The tenderer shall provide one technician/site engineer along with necessary staff and requisite T&P for inspection of plant on daily basis and to rectify faults for smooth functioning of the steam boiler.

Periodical maintenance (Quarterly basis) of Mortuary cabinate for two body of make :- Blue star ,230 volt single phase, 50 hz with roof mounted refrigeration system of capacity 6000 BTU/H, temperature range from 2 degree C to 6 degree C , complete with 1 piece stainless steel tray with handle including addressing any breakdown of machines and repair of short circuit/damaged wiring ,Servicing and cleaning of Indoor/outdoor unit including gas charging complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Maintenance will be carried through OEM/recommended by OEM/ Experience techinicains only. 2. Tenderer shuold quote the rate including oiling,greasing & minor spare parts as required. 3. Two Body single cabinet - 04 Nos shall be measured as 1 Job.

Material and labour for taking down window type Air Conditioner of 1.5 TR / 2.0 TR, cleaning completely of cooling coil initially with hand blower, spraying with soap water solution and finally clean with clear water and refixing at same location with complete testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling covers of out-door and in-door units of split type Air Conditioner of capacity 1.0TR/1.5TR/2.0TR, cleaning completely the condenser coil and cooling coil initially with hand blower, spraying with soap water solution and finally clean with clear water, re-fixing the covers in same position complete all as specified and directed.
