6. Half brick Circular tree guard in second class bricks, internal dia 1.25 meter and height 1.20 meter above ground and 0.20 meter below ground, bottom two courses laid dry and top three courses in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) and the intermediate courses being in dry honey comb masonry, as per design complete.

7. Watering to plants.

8. Maintenance of plants by the contractor including pits,

preparation of Thavala Hoeing weeding etc. & application of insecticides etc. & security. If the plant die during maintenance contractor has to replace same height plant at his own cost.

Supply of Coco Peat including unloading & transportation at site P.Kg Block size 300 m x 300 mm x 1500 mm Comperision 5:1 Experision 1:5 E.C. - less than 1000 micro.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shede including all scaffolding New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67m/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint appiled @2.20m 10sqm.

Providing & Fixing precoated roof profile coloured GI Sheet (Alumuinium Zinc coated) 0.60mm thick including fixing with nut bolts hook and bitumen washer etc. complete (TATA Make)

Providing and Fixing ridges and hip tiles with class AA Mangalore pattern tiles (contrest) manufactured by M/S Common wealth trust ltd. Of equivalent, including fixing with lime surki mortar 1 : 1 : 2 (1 Lime putty : 1 Surki : 2 course sand) as directed by engineer in charge

Silt and Sludge clearance of the entire well with sewage pumps or with labour/ sweepers etc. To clean all the water sources below and on the sides of the well cmplete and disposal of the sludge including all leads and lift to some remote dumping ground, location of such dumping ground will be the responsibility of the contractor and he had to compaly with statutory requirements.
