25 mm thick, cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, finished even & rough, as in sub floors, complete all as specified.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends, or edges of landings etc. and cutting chases for concealed water tubing, concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth, in brick walls, complete all as specified.

Factory made 35 mm thick ,2nd class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass,gauze, etc. (with sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass,etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a);,etc complete all all as specified.

Factory made, 35 mm thick, second class hard wood, plain framed, hammer marked, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete, all as specified.

Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, thickness 25 mm,etc complete all as specified.

Plywood 19 mm thick , grade BWR, type BB, fixed with screws to timber frame work etc. built in cupboard complete all as specified and directed.

18/19 mm thick PVC board Rajshree Celuka ply or equivalent as approved of grade 1 quality with both side plain white or coloured fixed with stainless steel screws , solvent cement/adhesive to fabricate kitchen cabinet sides, top and bottom, door shelf inside the cabinet and drawer and all fittings complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engg-in-Charge. NOTE :- (i) Each member i.e. top and bottom, door, shelf inside the cabinet and drawer etc. shall be measured. (ii) Hinges, wire gauge and handles shall be measured and paid for separately.

Factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter, 28-30 mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2 mm thick plain colur PVC sheet on back face, as shown on page 181 of MES Schedule Part-II, complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.50 Sq.m each and removing from site all as specified.
