Outsourcing for manning and operation of central type AC plant installed at auditorium in domestic area one shift per day (08 Hrs per shift) by skilled operator ITI qualified or well experienced of the trade as approved by GE, who can able to carryout daily routine maintenance & operation of the A/C plant. The plant should be operated as per laid down procedure of maufacturer instruction and PS clauses. The details of installed machinery at Auditorium are mentioned below:- (a) Water cooled chiller type unit 3 x 37 TR capacity (02 Nos working + 01 stand by) (b) Double skin type floor mounted Air handling unit of capacity 8050 Cfm capacity - 02 Nos (c) LT cable from LT panel to AHU, LT panel to Chiller unit, LT panel to pump set , LT panel to cooling tower. (d) DG set 250 KVA capacity 415 volts 3 phase with AMF panel - 01 No (e) Chiller Pump monoblock type 3 HP - 03 Nos. (f) Condencer Pump monoblock type 5 HP - 03 Nos. (g) Contractor shall be responsible for uninterrupted operation of complete installation execpt in case of electric supply not available in the LT Panel board at AC Plant.

Outsourcing for manning and operation of canal water pump house located inside 175 SU at AF Stn Utarlai pumping out canal water from semi under ground sumps through centrifugal pump sets round the clock in Three shifts of 8 hrs per shift by employing skilled operator ITI qualified or well experienced of the trade as approved by GE, who can able to carry out daily routine operation of the water supply installation. Outsourcing for manning and operation of Lift (Make : Johnson) installed at new SRE Ser NO LE-6686 complete round the clock in Three shift of 8 hours each by skilled operator in each shift ( i.e. 08 Hrs per shift) of suitable ITI qualified or well experienced of the trade as approved by GE. Details of installed machinery as under :- Note : (i) The individual should have aware of operation & maintenance of lift and should have the authenticated experience certificate from any Lift manufacture company and proof to be submitted before commencement of contract. (ii) Standby DG Set will be run immediately after the supply goes off from RSEB , JVVNL or any other reason to ensure that electric supply should restored within two minutes.

Outsourcing for manning and operation of Lift (Make : Johnson) installed at new ATC Ser No LG-4410 complete round the clock in Three shift of 8 hours each by skilled operator in each shift ( i.e. 08 Hrs per shift) of suitable ITI qualified or well experienced of the trade as approved by GE. Details of installed machinery as under :-Note : (i) The individual should have aware of operation & maintenance of lift and should have the authenticated trained certificate from any Lift manufacture company and proof to be submitted before commencement of contract. (ii) Standby DG Set will be run immediately after the supply goes off from RSEB , JVVNL or any other reason to ensure that electric supply should restored within two minutes.

Outsourcing the Maintenance & Operation service of central type Air Conditioning plant of capacity 22 TR (02 Nos running and 01No standby) installed at Chohtan hill top, round the clock three shift of 08 hrs per day by skilled operator, ITI qualified or well experienced of the trade as approved by GE. The plant should be operated as per laid down procedure of manufacturer instruction and PS clauses. The details of installed machinery at central AC plant are mentioned below:- (i) Air cooled floor mounted waterchiller unit 03 Nos of 22 TR capacity (02 Nos working + 01 stand by).(II) Monoblock centrifugal pump Capacity: 60 USGPM 3 HP with elecrtic motor - 03 Nos (02 Nos running and 01no standby). (iii). Fire dumper-01 Nos (iv) Double skin type floor mounted Air handling unit with electric motor and accessories of capacity CFM - 13600 CFM capacity - 01 Nos (v) LT cable from LT panel to AHU, LT panel to Chiller unit, LT panel to pump set, and LT panel to Humidifier kit. (vi)Floor mounted indoor type LT panel -01 Nos (vii)humidifi cation Kit -01 Nos. Document to be maintained (i) Daily log sheet for AC plant (ii) Daily attendance register Note:- The following items are deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the contractor. (i) Contractor shall be responsible for uninterrupted operation of complete installation execpt in case of electric supply not available in the LT Panel board at AC Plant.

NOTE FOR ALL TENDERERS in rspect of item No. 01 to 05 (i) T&P, stationary like log sheets and all consumable items like cotton waste, insulation tape, gland packing, grease, broom required will be provided by the tenderer. (ii) Cleaning of installation shall be the responsibility of the contractor.(iii) Uniform for operators on duty will be issued by the contractor and the cost shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv) The contractor shall quote his rates for each head of item from serial No 1.03 to 1.08 which shall be considerd complete cost of this item (please also refer detail condition for rates as mentioned in tender documents BOQ notes) as per given prescribed manner. The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies, as applicable including GST. Notes for all bidders in r/o item Ser No No 01, 07 and 08 (i) If the quoted amount is less than the estimate cost of work, then the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/BGB in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of Financial Bid for the difference in estimated cost & quoted amount. In case the said FDR/BGB is not submitted within stipulated period as mentioned above, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid will be rejected. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work including defect liability period of contracts whenever applicable". (ii) Besides this the instructions regarding payments, the contractor/firms will have to make payment to their staff/employees by cheque or NEFT in their bank account & no payment shall be made to the contractor unless proof of payment of wages to work force is submitted by the contractor. (iii) In no case wages of deployed persons shall be less than the Minimum wages fixed by Govt Competent Authority. It is mandatory requirement for Contractor that payment of deployed person shall be made through Cheque/RTGS/Acceptable Electronic Mode only. Proof of payment shall be submitted by Contractor to Engineer in Charge monthly basis or during claiming on account of Advance (RAR)/FB. (iv) The Employees Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions (EPF &Raj) Act, 1952. shall be strictly adhered to by the Contractor. Social Security to workers i.e. Basic rate, EPF, ESIC, Labour welfare cess/Bonus Personal Insurance(if applicable) on part of Employer shall be paid by Contractor and accordingly, Contractor/Bidder shall include all these factors in his quoted rate. (v) Statutory levies/GST if applicable on part of contracts shall be paid by Contractor and accordingly, Contractor/Bidder shall include all these factors in his quoted rate.

M&L for servicing the Air handling units 13500 CFM capacity (central AC), with and including dismantling units, sheet metal parts, blowing out the dust, chemical cleaning by spraying the organic based scale removing agent Vaniklin at the appropriate ratio till removal of complete dust & scale deposits in the fin area of evaporator coil, flushing through for proper air flow across the coil, cleaning of expansion valve; greasing of blower motor, checking of electrical connection, cleaning of air filters, greasing of blower motor, replacement of un serviceable bearings, water drain lines, renewal of rusted sheet metal screws, applying synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on the rusted portion and testing & commissioning the unit complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for evacuation of gas from the system, de-scaling the condenser, Chiller unit supply & circulating the decaling solution (hydrochloric acid) with pump, brushing the tubes and wherever required drilling the stubborn scaling without damaging the tubes, replacement of gaskets and unserviceable nuts & bolts assembling back complete testing complete for AC plant of capacity 3x 20 TR- complete all as specified and as directed

Repair and maintenance of thermocole insulation with thermo coal 50 mm thick TF Quality covered with chicken wire mesh , sand cement plaster10 mm CM 1:6 on the top Edge at Supply and return (External Duct) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Refrigerant gas R-407(a) in company sealed cylinder of capacity all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of LP sensor 12 volt suitable for Scroll type AC of capacity 3x56.5 TR completes all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: - Danfoss / Indo Foss or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Dismantling of unserviceable centrifugal pump set monoblock single phase volts, up to 3 HP of any model/Make, strip opening and taking out or rotor carefully, cleaning of rotor and stator, taking out burnt stator winding without damage to stator body, rewinding the eclectic motor by super enameled copper conductor (Wire) including providing insulating Mika paper in stator slots, PVC sleeves, varnish the winding complete, assembling the motor including replacement of studs with nuts, testing of motor to its full load capacity at desired RPM/torque after coupling with pump set etc including transportation to civil workshop and alignment in same vice -versa complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
