Supply and Stacking of the following material at any NDMC Store including all leads etc. complete as per specifications and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge:- Instant Road Repair Bituminous premix (Precoated Aggregate) ready to use for instant road repair consisting of stone aggregate 10mm and down size stone aggregate with additive and bituminous content not less than 6% in double layer air tight packing of HDPE bags of 25kg duly stitched for repair of patches, pot holes, cracks etc. all as per C.P.W.D., MORTH specifications and approval of Engineer-in-Charge. (of brand i.e. Bengal Bitumen, Juno Bitumix, Tikitar, STP, Torchtar, Bitumax (PR), Shell Max, Hind Coal, OM Bitumax, Makphalt Bitumen Premix).

Conditions:- 1. The Bituminous Content shall not be less than 6%. 2. The sieve analysis of aggregate used in the mix shall be as per CPWD, MORTH specifications for which the contractor shall submit the report. 3. One sample from each lot/batch shall be got tested from approved lab as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge to check the bituminous content in the mix and gradation of residue conformity. 4. The rates shall be net, including GST, cartage etc complete and nothing extra shall be paid over the quoted rates. 5. The supply shall be taken in the NDMC Area as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge as per requirement and proportionate to time of completion. 6. In case, the sample fails in the test from the lot representing the sample shall be replaced by the contractor at his own risk and cost. Two percent (2%) Storage Charges shall be charged for the amount of failed material after 10 days of the issue of the letter in this regard. 7. The material shall be supplied from the fresh batch and should not be manufactured before one month from the date of supply. 8. Whenever testing charges, for getting the samples of materials/goods/articles tested in the testing laboratory approved by the Engineer-in-Charge are required to be borne by the NDMC as per specifications and conditions of contract, the testing charges shall be initially paid by the contractor and the amount so paid shall be reimbursed by the NDMC in the running bills on receipt of the test reports and submission of original cash receipt issued by such laboratory, if test fails then charges shall be borne by the contractor/agency. 9. Each bag shall be marked/stenciled as per below along with details:- i. NDMC Supply ii. Name of the agency and recognized brand. iii. Batch No./Lot No…… in code, or otherwise and month of manufacture. iv. Date and No. of supply of order. v. Weight of the material vi. Expiry date of material (shall not be less than Twelve Months) 10. The firm shall submit their own test reports of the material 11. Firm shall submit expiry date of material along with each supply of batch/lot. 12. If the material will not be supplied within stipulated date of completion, the penalty will be imposed as per the agreement clauses and damaged bags should be replaced immediately at the time of supply.
