Provision of 2x100 KVA UPS for GLF including AICMC for 5 years at Puducherry Airport

2x100 KVA Capacity, 3-phase input/3-phase output online UPS with Isolation Transformer and Battery Bank: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 2x100KVA capacity, 3-phase input/3-phase output online UPS with double conversion type advance IGBT technology with suitable rated (min K-4 Rated) copper wound 120 KVA capacity isolation transformer at input of each UPS with MCCB and soft starter for parallel redundancy also to drive constant current regulators with 100% unbalanced load at full load condition. The UPS shall have built in 100% rated automatic static by pass, Manual by pass facilities for maintenance, active input power factor correction, phase sequence corrector, pure sine wave output, input/output isolation, compatibility with generator supply, cold start capability, EMI/RFI noise filter, advanced communication-RS232/RS 485 ports and user friendly LCD display and run in parallel redundant system configuration for equal sharing of load, battery management features integrated with main UPS controller, suitable to operate at 415V +/- 15%, 50Hz, 3 Phase supply and operating voltage range of 330V to 480V, suitable IP rated enclosure and capable to take 2 phase and single phase loads on 3 phase output of UPS with 100% unbalanced and necessary safety protections along with suitable size MCCB inside etc complete as required.

The job also includes supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Two battery bank sets of required/suitable size with required number of 12V VRLA SMF batteries suitable to give a backup time of minimum 30 minutes per each UPS along with battery racks/enclosure, suitable rated battery circuit breaker, interconnection between batteries as well as battery bank to UPS and interconnections between isolation transformer to UPS with suitable insulated copper conductors, connectors, glanding & terminations etc. complete as required. (Entire system shall be provided with 2 years Warranty)

UPS Input panel: Design, Fabrication ,Assembling , Supply, Installation ,Testing and Commissioning of UPS Input panel (TTA Assembly), Indoor Cubical type, Floor mounted , free standing, dust & vermin proof conforming to IEC 61439 suitable for 415V, 3Ph, 4 wire ,50Hz AC supply system fabricated in compartmentalized design of Form 3B and Ingress protection of IP 42, made from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work and covers and 3mm thick for gland plates i/c cleaning and finishing complete as per OEM process for powder coating in approved shade, extendable type, DMC/SMC busbar supports , with bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100mm x 50mm x 5mm thick, provision for cable entry from bottom of the panel and as per technical specification with all accessories.

Two No. of 250 A, 36 KA (ICu=ICs), 4P MCCB with Microprocessor Based Releases (L&T MTX 2.0 / Equivalent) for OC/SC/EF Protection and ROM as Incomers, Phase Indication Lamps, ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps, Resin cast CT operated Digital Multifunction Meter (EM 6400 or Equivalent), Phase Barriers, Spreader Links etc., as required.

Two Nos. of Four Module Type 1+2 SURGE PROTECTION DEVICE (SPD), conforming to IEC – 61643, having 100KA 10/350 micro seconds neutral to earth, 50 KA 10/350 micro sec line to neutral, with limiting voltage less than 1.5 KV connected to Incoming Side of Incomers I and II.

One No. 250A, 36 KA, 4P MCCB with ROM and ON/OFF Indication Lamps as Buscoupler with Mechnical Interlock with Incomer I and II complete etc., as required.

4 No. 250 A, 36 KA, 4P, MCCB with Microprocessor Based Releases (L&T MTX 2.0 / Equivalent) for OC/SC/EF Protection and ROM as Outgoings, ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps, Resin cast CT operated Digital VAF meter etc., as required.
