   Railway reserves the right to procure the material from having satisfactory fast performance for same or similar items. The tenders must upload documents pertaining to their credential/past performance in Zonal Railway/PUs/PSUs/Other Govt. Organizations. Tenderers are instructed to upload Receipt Note, Receipted Challan, Inspection Certificate or any other receipt document along with bid as a proof of supply document failing which their offer will not be considered. No back reference shall be made in this regard and Railway decision will be final.
