Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground all as specified and directed.

Dismantling barbed wire,fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in soft and loose soil and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete of fencing posts & struts complete all as specified.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with dia of neck between 11mm to 15mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 75x75 mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coat of synthetic enamelled paint on new steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth over red oxide primer incl preparation of new surfaces etc complete all as specified.

M&L one coat of black bituminous paint on new steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth incl preparation of new surfaces etc complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level). complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish off the premises.

M&L 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4Type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base finished even and fair without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade laid over and including 40mm thick sand layer, including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L providing, cement concrete, (Type B0, 1:2:4, 12.50 mm graded aggregate) along with interlocking/chequered tiles, rounded or chamfered on edges as directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x30cm x 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slury with grey cement and pigment in floors and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge

Demolition brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as directed and removing bricks/brick bats and rubbish off the premises. .

M&L brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L preparing newly plastered or pointed surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) cills, cooking platforms, in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cill and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.
