Supplying,Installation,Testing and commissioning of 25 KVA/ 20KW at 0.8 power factor, 415 V, 50 Hz, Silent D.G. Set confirm to ISO 8528 specification and should meet CFCB norms complete as detailed below:-

DIESEL ENGINE:-ECO, FRIENDLY 25 KVA:

CUMMINS/Kirlosker make X series engine model X2.7 series , 3 cylinders, inline 4 stroke cycle, radiator cooled engine ,well designed air handling system with dry type ,Replaceable paper element air cleaner with restriction indicator, developing 32 BHP at 1500RPM under NTP conditions of BS'1554: 1982. the engine shall be provided with Electrical starting arrangement & shall give the Electrical output of 25KVA/20KW at 0.8 power factor, 415 volts at the alternator terminals complete in all respect ro the best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The Engine shall be mounted on side mounting type base frame fabrication from suitable M.S. channel suitable machined to ensure prefect alignment of the engine and alternator with rigid construction and necessary reinforcement on plinth size(11'x4'x5") with 1:2:4 cement concrete to ensure minimum vibrations. The engine shall comprise of following accessories:-

ALTERNATOR:- Kirloskar/Stampford UC-27 or its equivalent make single alternator 25KVA 1500RPM 415 volts 0.8 power factor (Lag) suitable for 50 HZ 3-Phase system with +/- 1% voltage regulation maximum . The alternator shall be IP23and stator winding double layer lap and rotor dynamically balanced wave form distortion/total harmonic distortion no load <1.5 %non distorting balanced linear load less than 5%,telephonic harmonic factor <2%, self excited, self regulated, fott mounted with hall and/ or roller bearings on end shields. The alternator confirms to IS/IEC60034-1 & will be suitable for operation in tropical condition.

CONTROL PANNEL

i) FUEL TANK:- Fuel tank of 14/16 SWG M.S. sheet of adequate capacity suitable for 8 hours of Operation priovided with breather and drawn plug. ii) BATTERY:- 1No 12 volts 65 AH dry battery for electrical starting of D.G. Set, low maintenance free to IS :14257 for high crankingg performance iii)AMF Panel complete in all respect. iv) A.V.M. PADS :- Suitable No. to AVM Pads. The Engine shall comprise cost of all accessories required for silent generating set and having following safeties. i) High Motor Temperature. ii) Low Lub. Oil presure. iii) Emergency stop push button out side the enclosure.iv

SOUND ALTERNATOR SYSTEM:- The Sound Attenuated DG Sets are designed and engineered by the CAD/CAM experts confirming to intrnational standards and mandatory noise level norms achieving NOISE LEVEL of 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 metr at 75%load under free field condition in open environment. The system is made of High class sheet metal fabricated panels of 16G thickness having modular construction with multi-fold sheet channel & ISMC section for ease of assembly and dismantling, and high quality FIREPROOF Acoustic material i.e Rock Wool (75-100mm thick having 48-96kg/m3 density).

An additional axial flow fan may also be provided to achieve optimal output and acoustic hood with noise splitters if required, to block and reduce the sound leakage. Residential silencer is provided for maximum noise reduction and specialy designed vibration isolators are used to restrict the transfer of vibration from the DG set to the body panels & its surroundings.

Providing, laying and fixing of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade on surface etc. of the required size:-

Armoured cable 25 sq. mm (3.5 core)

Supplying and fixing true power make advanced earthing system having copper pipe 2 meter long 50 mm dia with terminal size 50x6 mm ,internal strip size 25x3 with 50 Kg compound including exvation of pit and refiling the same and making earthing pit cover 13 inch dia as required complete in all respect. make :-True power (Cat NO- MTPPC 50/2) ,Earth plus,Ashloka or its equivalent as per best satisfaction of Engineer-in -charge.

Providing and fixing 25mm x 5mm copper strip on surface or in recess for earth connections etc. as required.

Supplying and filling of diesel in the fuel tank of 25 KVA DG Set as required complete in all respect

Providing, laying and fixing of PVC round sheathed 4 core 2.5 sqmm copper conductor flexible cable for voltage grade up to 1100 volt , on surface/recess PVC conduit as required complete in all respect. Make :L-Finolex/Havell/Polycab/KEI or it equivalent.

Providing and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 volts, On-Load change over switch unit, AC 23 A duty, in sheet steel enclosure, with side handle operation, including drilling holes on the board, making connections, etc. as required.
