REPAIR MAINT OF 11 KV HT ELECTRIC INSTALLATIONS INCLUDING HT CABLE HT JOINT AND DO FUSE GOD AT NTS AND HANSA VIHAR AT INS HANSA

M & L for filteration and dehydration of transformer oil by dehydration machine to achieve the die-electric strength/ insulation value upto 65KV at standard gap of electrodes 2.5 mm for one minute in various capacity of transformers 11/0.433KV including insulation testing of oil with help of suitable equipments before and after dehydration including BDV Test compete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Contractor will have to arrange the dehydration machine and transformer oil dielectric strength testing equipment as mentioned and same shall be deemed to be included in the item rate quoted. (ii) Test result of transformer oil before and after dehydartion is required to submit by contractor duly signed by all concerned. (iii) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before commencement of dehydration process. (iv) Additional quantity of transformer oil if any required for making the oil level upto the requirement in transformer shall be measured and paid separately as supply and filling but its cost of heating shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for above item.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide & n.exc 1.5m in depth for laying & removing of cable any sizes and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5M wide & n.exc 1.5m in depth for laying & removing of cable any sizes and getting out in hard/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in excavated earth work including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in any strata complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m, depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply/ Lay dry river sand in trenches for cable protection all as directed. Note : Punned thickness only will be measured & Paid

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, class HV , type- I with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, all as specified and as directed.

S & F in trench/on wall in repairs GI tubing light grade 100 mm dia for road crossing and cable protection

Supply only the ready to use materials for repairing pot holes in flexible roads(Bituminous roads), modified all weather bitumen paste in liquid asphalt with chemicals ,anti stripping agents , graded aggregate and additives can be used in temperature in the range of 0 to 50 degree C Make of STP/SIKA FOSROC or equivalent as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate including use and waste of form work of concrete for pole and stay foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including use and waste of form work for pole coping/ any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Electric yard gravelling of 15.0 cm (llose thickness) by broken stone of 40 mm size in and around two pole/ four pole structure/ substation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Lay , testing and commissioning XLPE cable , PVC insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable, heavy duty with aluminium conductor 11000 Volts grade (earthed), 3 core 120 sqmm laid in trenches / floor / duct / fixed on poles / through GI tubing in different locations / areas complete

Dismantling old and unserviceable stay assembly complete comprising of stay clamp , stay wire , stay insulator , stay grip , thimble , bow , stay rod 20 mm dia and stay plate etc including breaking of cement concrete complete.

M&L stay assy complete comprising of stay clamp , stay wire , stay insulator , stay grip , thimble , bow , stay rod 20 mm dia and stay plate etc as shown in electrical plate No -01 ( loop insulators , stay clamps , excavations and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate items ) .

M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate, electrode,600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) filled with common salt and charcoal and connected to GI earth strip 32x 6 mm thick dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, & washers as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I and Connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary PCC earth pit chamber of 1:3:6 and chamber cover of 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of CI cover, watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe light grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia unto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode & refilling of soil etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and PCC chamber complete all as specified and as directed including demolish existing earth pit taking out old materials.

Supply and install in repairs 11 KV outdoor type gang operated air break switch triple pole machinically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 200 amps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(cost of GOD includes cost of GI Pipe required for operation and these rates bases on reputed manufacturer like jaipuria.

Servicing and maintenance of Gang Operated Switch, Drop out fuse assembly triple pole, by applying white petroleum jelly, greasing the operating mechanism, drop out fuse assembly (Set of three); repairing/replacing worn out male contact(moving blade contact) , Female contact(Fixed jaw contact), post insulators (Each set), copper jumper, MS jumper carrier, arcing horn, operating pipe of GI 25 mm dia 'B' class, pipe guide, locking arangement, operating lever, fixing of appropriate HT fuse element, nut bolts, etc and making the GOD functional complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV(earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sq mm to 120 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV(Earthed) grade cable for out door termination heat shrink type jointing maerial and accessories Complete with jointing suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sq mm.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV(Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type jointing maerial and accessories Complete with jointing suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sq mm.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting and trimming of branches n.exc 50 mm dia in size obstructing underneath of Overhead HT line which getting to touch with OH HT lines.

Cleaning around any E/M installations/ pole structures including removing all grass and other vegetations with roots complete all as directed and removing the rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed.

M & L for cleaning and preparation of steel surfaces of existing dull painting of transformer outdoor type including radiators, cooling ducts, vent pipes, condensor etc and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint (heat resistant type) according to to IS colour code by spray machine including writing MES /SM No. in capital letters of suitable size on body for capacity upto 250KVA transformer outdoor/indoor complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No: 25 but capacity above 315 KVA and upto 500 KVA.

S & L for Breather unit with superior quality blue colour silica jel and fill up the oil, to maintain the exact value grade for transformer of capacity upto 250KVA, including taking down unserviceable complete as specified.

All as per item No: 27 but capacity above 315 KVA and upto 500 KVA.

S&F in repairs HV bushing with insulator, studs nut & washers suitable for 11 KV/433V HV side of transformer 100 KVA to 250 KVA

All as per item No 29 above but 315 to 500 KVA Transformer

Servicing and repairng/ carrying out maintenance of 11KV/433V transformer including the following works upto 250 KVA capacity (a) Removing from platform and disconnecting electrical connection from HT and LT side including transporting the transformer to work shop. (b) Dismantling the transformer, drain out transformer oil, lift the cover,coil assembly keep up the assembly in oven upto the preparation of inside chambers by cleaning inside, scraping complete all around old parts of the transformer.(c) M & L for two coats of oil resistance painting internal (inside transformer) over a coat of red oxide primer. (d) Cleaning the core iron sheet laminations asssembly by oil complete, removing the carbon sediments, dust in the coil and core gently without making any damage to coil and core.(e) Re-assembling all dismantled parts including provision of new gasket,nut,bolts,refilling with transformer oil and transporting back to original location including elecric conection testing and commissioning complete.NOTE :-(i). Oil filtration,supply of new oil will be measured separately. ii). All petty parts including nut, bolts, gasket minor weldings are deemed to be included the rate quoted iii). The rate for transport and lifting of transformer by crane should be deemed to include in the rate quoted.

All as per item No 33 above but 315 to 500 KVA Transformer.

M & L for rewinding of transformer of capacity upto 250 KVA,including dismantling, removing the core coil assembly from transformer remove the weak /unserviceable HT coil assembly rewinding with correct gauge super enamelled copper wire including drying,baking etc complete and remove the secondary coil assembly remove the insulation rewind with same coil and re-insulated. Assembling the primary and secondary coil in core, re-assembling the transformer complete refill with transformer oil, install, test and commissioning complete.and all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 35 above but 315 KVA to 500 KVA Transformer

M & L for rewinding of transformer of capacity upto 315 KVA ,including dismantling, removing the core coil assembly from transformer remove the weak /unserviceable LT coil assembly rewinding with correct gauge super enamelled copper wire including drying,baking etc complete and remove the primary coil assembly remove the insulation rewind with same coil and re-insulated. Assembling the primary and secondary coil in core, re-assembling the transformer complete refill with transformer oil, install, test and commissioning complete.and all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old cement coated surface, cleaning the surface of the RCC Pole (HT) above the ground level incl coping area with 2 coats of ACC exterior emulsion paint over a coat of cement primer after preparation of surface and all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Painting of 2 pole structure including preparation of old cement coated surface,angles,cross arms & painting of RCC poles with two coats of ACC exterier emulsion paint over a coat of Cement primer and painting of angle, cross arms,and connecting accesories with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paints all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Painting of 4 pole structure including preparation of old cement coated surface,angles,cross arms & painting of RCC poles with two coats of ACC exterier emulsion paint over a coat of Cement primer and painting of angle, cross arms,and connecting accesories with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paints all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Painting of 6/8 pole structure including preparation of old cement coated surface,angles,cross arms & painting of RCC poles with two coats of ACC exterier emulsion paint over a coat of Cement primer and painting of angle, cross arms,and connecting accesories with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paints all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Loop insulator, Large size, with overall dimensions 90mmx140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm suitable for stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Post / disc / pin insulator of 11 KV capacity carefully and re-fixing the same in the new cross arms / structure incl replacement of new hardware such as GI spindle, nut, bolt and washers complete all as directed

Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cable route indicator made out of PCC 1:2:4 of size 20cmx20cmx90cm dully painted with red colour by two coat of enamel paint and writing MES HT cable with white paint on all sides complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old but serviceable ACB of capacity 400 to 1200 amps 415 volts AC 50 HZ at various sub station and carry out necessary servicing , gresing to fixed and movable part , cleaning complete internally and testing after reinstallation. ( Any demage occures during servicing will be borne by the contractor ).

Supply and fix charging motor 110V AC/DC, 220V AC/DC of suitable size for ACB of capacity 400 to 1200 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix control relay for charging motor 110V AC/DC, 220V AC/DC of suitable size for ACB of capacity 400 to 1200 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.
