M&L for prepration of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dust or dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with hot or cold bituminous primer (using paving bitumen) using mechanical sprayer at 5.00 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

M&L for laying bituminous with plastic premix semidense asphaltic premixed cocrete 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content by weight of which 92% to be of bitumen of VG -30 grade and 8 % to be of waste plastic used should be of only low density polythylene (LDPE) or high density polythylene (HDPE) and not to be heated more then 180 degree centrigrade while mixing of waste plastic should be done using dry mixing process as per para 6.1 of IRC :SP :98-2013 (available on open media ) .The waste plastic will not be provided by the department and the contractor is directed to refer IRC: SP :98-2013 and IRC :III -2009 before quoating the rates complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam over primed surface of road using paving bitumen any penetration,laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) . Binder contents of premixed macadam shall be 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified in SSR and as directed. Note :- (i) Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined as per IRC 27: 2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of ₹ 57 per kg.

The studs shall be flushed onto the to the Road surface and fixed using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. S & F in repair metal delineator 1100 mm long X 100 mm x20mm MS Rectangular (medium grade) powder coated and pasted with twin colour reflective tape strips embedded 200 mm below ground level (approx 2-3 Kg weight) including excavation and PCC M15(Nominal Mix) with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of size 200 mm X 200 mm X 200 mm and making good surface complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.Make: 3M / Dark Eye or equivalent make as approved by GE.

S&F in repair for cat eye plastic body having two ways reflector with abrasion resistant lens including fixing arrengement as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and dircted. Cat part No DA 971P Make:- Dark eye / 3M or equivalent

S & F in repairs of speed bumps breakers made up of ABS plastic PU material rubber and black & yellow colour of size 500mm x 350mm and 74mm with both side aluminium plated reflector, antiskid UV resistence moisture and temperature including fixing using anchor bolts and epoxy mortar grout complete all as specified and directed. S & F in repair of fancy design SS garde 304 street LED bollard having minimum weight of 11.30 Kg, diameter of 100mm length of 1.00m at top and bottom diameter of 180mm using 100 mm polycarbonate glass milky white with 12 watts LED module light of philips/fulham driver having adequates number of connectors and one power supply kit as per manufacture requirement and provide bothside hook for fixing chain link necessary provision for fixing on road all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
