Surface excavation not exc. 30 cm deep and and avg 26 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in , spreading levelling , watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in any type of soil.

Sch 'A' Part-II E/M:- Supply and installation, testing and commisioning of centrifugal monoblock pump of rating 3 WHP of three phase, and connecting to suction pipe 50mm bore, discharge 40mm bore, including starter with and including mounting arrengment for starter, MCB 63 Amp FP, connections with and including suitable foundation of cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded granite crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches for laying of pipeline/cable not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers and not exc. 25cms. Thick with soil.

Removal of excavated soil/material to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to underground cable 8 cm thick layers below the cable and 15 cm thick above the cable in trenches using fine screened river sand complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. (Note:-Punned thickness shall be measured and paid)

Material and labour for well burnt sub class 'B' bricks of nominal size 230X115X075 mm abutting each other for cable protection all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F GI water tubing, 50mm bore medium grade, laid in tranches or under floors including providing with all pipe fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized GI earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground vertical position earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip of size 25 x 4 mm as earth lead by means of bolts ,nuts ,check nuts and washer galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electric plate no 1 of SSR part I connected to earthing test point or as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) pit with RCC M-25 cover 54cm x 54 cm x 50 mm thick with hard drawn steel wire fabric weighting exceeding 4 kg/sqm with suitable handle made of 10 mm dia MS bar 20 mm bore GI tubing medium grade watering pipe with funel and wire mesh, 40 mm dia GI light grade protection pipe 5 meter length for drawing earth lead wire protection common salt, charcoal etc complete all as shown in EP No. 1 of SSR 1, testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

Note:-The drowing mentioned in tender documents is 25000 liter for refrence and technical specification only. The dimension for 20,000 liter will be calculated and executed at site as directed by Engg-in-charge.
