Taking down carefully unserviceable of aluminium point wiring complete except for ceiling or where not feasible fan/plug/bell but including fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendants, regulator etc. and making good disturbed surface to match with the existing surface of roof/ wall/ floor by applying putty and applying colour/ white wash finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for point wiring of concealed type with 1.5 Sq.mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC surface conduit of 20mm dia or higher, medium grade complete with all PVC conduit accessories, GI metal flush box of 1.60 mm thick suitable for modular switches / sockets / fan regulators with cover plates, blanking plates, brass screws, cup washers etc including all cutting / chases etc in walls and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing for One light/fan/bell/exhaust fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L in replacement Sub main wiring concealed with 6 sqmm (Nominal area) with two runs of single core cable PVC insulated FRLS multistranded unsheathed copper conductor cable including 1100 V grade, drawn through Conduit including 6 sqmm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated multistrand unsheathed copper conductor as earth wire and duly connected to all common earth point all as Specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Distribution Board double Door made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating and IP 43 & IK 09 protection, recessed on wall, SPN 12 way, 240 volts with bus bar rating 200 Amps, dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCB’s and isolators etc and making all necessary connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
