High pressure single head chemical dosing system with following complete accessories, power input 230 V, 50 Hz, 40 SPM, 1/30 fractional horse power, pressure 5 Kg/sq.cm, max output 6.5 ltr/hr with accessories like lead, tubing, connecting ferrule, check valves etc all as specified and as directed. Make- AQUAFIT or any other E-in-C approved make. (a) Preapartion tank model AQUA 1005 of net capacity 170 ltrs FRP dosing tank dia 650 x net height 375 + conical 300mm, Gross height with stand 1000mm consisting of water inlet line, outlet with Y strainer, drain, overflow, Conical bottom of sludge deposition, pot hole with cover, level gauge. (b) Agitator 120 watt 900 RPM single phase flange mounted motor with plastic shaft and impeller. (c) Service tank model No. AQUA1006 of net capcity 100 ltrs of FRP dosing tank TOP dia 540mm x bottom dia 480 mm x height 575 mm consisting of water inlet line. Dosing pump inlet arrangement, Drain overflow, level Gauge, Inspection Port. (d) Agitator 120 watt 900 RPM single phase flange mounted motor with plastic shaft and impeller.

40mm bore medium grade GI tubing with all required fittings and fixtures and fixed complete laid in trenches.

Gun metal gate valve 40mm dia bore with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe etc complet all as specified

Cutting the existing GI pipe line 100mm dia and insertion of 'T' with reducer to 100 x 40mm for tapping water line including earth work etc

Brick masonary 230mm thick wall valve chamber of size 600 x600x600 mm with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 150mm thick in foundation brick wall with sub class 'B' bricks built in CM 1:6 PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping rendering in CM 1:4, 15mm thick including provision of MS sheet cover 2mm thick fixed to MS angle frame made out of 40 x 40 x 6mm thick with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paints over one coat of redoxide primer to steel surfaces and locking arrengements including necessary / excavation and earth work in any type of soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m depth for laying GI pipe and geeting out in hard/dense soil etc complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including speading levellling, watering and well ramming in layer n.exc 25cm thick in hard/dense soil including making moulds using surplus soil alll as specified and as directed.

Single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors etc.

Aluminium strip 25x3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground etc complete all as specified.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 1.5 mtr long by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, check nuts and washers etc made of galvanized iron connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part -1 2009 and as specified or idicated and testing on complettion incl earth work and excavation in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, pre cost slab 40mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 with 8 mm dia MS bars reinforced at 10 cm centre to centre both ways incl funnel with watering pipe wire mesh and lugs, incl test point incl cable connection with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and as directed.
