Providing safety ladders on side slopes of lining in cement concrete M-15 including fixing iron rungs 25 mm diameter of steel having anti-corrosive properties supported with 10 mm dia longitudinal bars, dismantling of existing lining, excavation of earth and disposal of earth and dismantled material with all leads & lifts at disposal site to be arranged by agency himself, including supply and carriage of cement at site of work, supply & carriage of steel, bending, binding and placing in position , supply & carriage of coarse sand and shingle from approved quarry & curing complete in all respect, as per drawings, design, specifications & the instructions of the Engineer incharge.

Making dewatering arrangements inclusive of running, operation and maintenance of equipment to provide dry condition at working place for lining, longitudinal /transverse drain etc & provision of digging & filling of drains for disposal of water as per the instructions of the Engineer incharge. The rate shall be inclusive of filter material, if required, to be provided to prevent fine particles in the adjecent ground to be carried away by flowing water and to prevent clogging of the system.

Filling hollowness/cavities behind the existing lining or at patch sites including removal and disposal of material where ever required & filling with river bed material duly compacted making it flush with the bottom of the tile lining(side slopes)/ top of tile lining(bed) including supply & carriage of river bed material from approved quarry complete in all respect, as per drawings, design, specifications and the instructions of the Engineer incharge

Making existing side slope double tile lining porous by dismantling existing top tile layer 600mm x 600mm and bottom tile layer 300mm x 300mm in two rows and filling of bottom layer with coarse sand of FM 1.5 or more and top layer with gravels of size 5 to 20mm including cost of material, carriage, loading, unloading, grading, all leads and lifts all leads and lifts, laying and compaction as per drawing, design, specfications and instructions of the Engineer incharge.

Making drainage arrangements behind lining by excavating longitudinal/ transverse drains of trapezodial section in the bed of channel and disposal of earth with all leads & lifts, loading & unloading, dressing the bottom and sides of the drain, and the items given below complete in all respects as per drawings, design, specifications & the instructions of the Engineer incharge : a) Providing and laying of filter material for drains consisting of 200 gsm, Geo- texttile and, gravels of nominal size 20-40 mm including placing,anchorage of Geo- texttile, carriage, loading & unloading, grading, and compaction. b) Providing and laying perforated PVC pipe of nominal outer dia 160 mm (working pressure 0.6 MPa) into drains for all depths with correct aligment, gradient, levels, cutting & jointing etc including fixing in position PVC tees,cross, cap and other required fiitings for PVC pipes including all materials, carriage,loading, unloading and all leads & lifts etc.

Providing and filling expansion joint with gun grade polysulphide sealant of size 12mm* 12mm on toop with base of backer rods including primer complete in all respect, as perr drawings, design, specifications & the instrucions of the Engineer incharge.
