Bulk or full order will be placed on manufacturers or authorized agent who are either registered with Railways for tendered item or who has successfully supplied tendered item (FE )to Zonal Railways/PU/ CORE /PSU/Other Govt. Department (with any revision of specification/drawing or with different size) in last three financial year and current financial year up to date of tender opening.

Only OEM firms or their authorized dealer having tender specific from OEM is eligible to participate. In case firm is participating as an OEM self OEM certificate to be submitted along with offer.

Supply to meet as per enclosed specifications MDTS-46270 rev.-06.

I/We agree to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by me/us in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and (or) Special and (or) other conditions specified/attached with the tender. I/We also confirm that rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance. Such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored.
