SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (A) - Sewage Treatment Plant including Electrical and Mechanical works on EPC mode including scope of work defined under Annexure-I & II Note: This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col 5 signifies this fact only

Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) of entire scheme of Packaged Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) 2.4 MLD capacity at Station workshop ,including Design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and operation in all respects, including civil infrastructure works, mechanical equipment, electrical installations, instrumentation, automation, internal/external piping, cabling, testing and commissioning,other allied equipment for STP as per OEM recommendation based on latest technology to achieve the parameter as mentioned in scope of work ; along with its earthwork excavation and including all internal services like water supply services and electric supply services beyond transformer for satisfactory running of plant including comprehensive maintenance for 05 years (including 2 years of Defect Liability Period) from the date of completion of works .

NOTES: (a) The design wherever applicable should follow latest CPHEEO Manual, NGT, State Polution Control Board guidelnes, latest policy directions issued E-in-C's Branch Policy No 03/ 2025 Issued vide letter No. A/95533/SCADA Sewage/Policy/E2W (PPC) dt 16 Jul 2025. (b) The bidder shall also consider BOQ (Sch 'A') Notes and all internal & external services as defined in Annexure-I & II complete as detailed in scope of work and other documents of tender, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100 mm thick factory made Steel fibre reinforced manhole frame and cover size as 1.20 m x 0.60 m all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Manning and Operation of Sewage Treatment Plants including continuous operation of all associated installations, pumps, blowers, valves, electrical panels, instrumentation, and civil structures; supply of all required consumables, chemicals, lubricants, and spares; routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance; maintaining records and laboratory testing with two shifts of 8 Hours per day including Sunday & Holiday by employing one skilled operator for 02 Nos STP of capacity 70 Cum/Day and one skilled operator for 01 Nos STP of capacity 240 Cum/Day per shift and maintaining desired level of BOD,COD,TSS,TKN & pH by dosing or required quantity of chemical as per OEM reccomendation for 05 years (including 02 years of Defects liability period) after completion of mile stone 2 complete all as specified in Particular Specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
