Material and labour for pre-polished granite stone tiles dado 20mm thick machine cut in skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing of mirror finish type including 15 mm thick screed in CM 1 :4 on brick or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for grinding/rubbing/ mirror polishing to existing terrazo/mosaic/kota stone flooring by mechanical machine method complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of corrugated roofing sheet and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (in camouflage pattern in CCD pattern as approved by Stn HQ) of dark colours/shade (shade as approved by GE) on roofs/sheds etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment from walls, fins, chajja etc shall include brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrubbing down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescence salts and treating oil and greasy spots and removing debris/ malba to low lying area out side of MOD land and applying 3 mm thick a layer of wall care water proof putty on scrapped/uneven surfaces to match with the existing surfaces before application of primer/distemper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old treated plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrubbing down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescence salts and treating oil and greasy spots removing dust, dirt and all loose scales of existing treatment and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion water based (weather proof coat) paint on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 5 mm thick plasteringin CM 1:3 over ceiling and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 30 mm thick Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N edge),minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and directed. Make – Rajshree, Eco Cell, M/s TVL Engineers Pvt Ltd, New Delhi (Floresta). Note: Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary Stainless steel screws shall be paid separately.

S&F for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 65 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

M&L for Providing & fixing of factory made Pre-painted Galvanized Steel Windows vajra series or equivalent windows made of pre-painted steel (Base steel as per IS 513 of 0.58mm thick “D” Quality galvanized as per IS 277 with zinc of 120 GSM). Primer coated with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with 5-7 microns thick alkyd backer. Section for outer frame should be of 72x55mm, centre mullion should be of 72x50mm, section for fixed glass beading should be of 12x12mm and section for glass shutter should be of 52 x 25mm with concealed brackets. Outer frame & mullion sections to have rebate for glazed shutters, fly mesh and 20 mm provision for guard bars/ grills fly mesh shutter section should be of 20x40mm. The sections are to be cut to length mitre joined with corner bracket. Centre mullions to be fixed with mullion cap stay, handles 2nos of heavy-duty stain less steel pivot hinges shall be provided per shutter. The windows should be panelled with 4 mm thick plain float glass and S.S. Mesh for fly mesh shutter. Rubber Gaskets are provided all around the glass. The above frames should be fixed to the concrete/masonry wall by means of self-expanding, screws. Including 12mm square guard bars with 6” (152.4mm) pitch, complete for finished item of work including of all taxes complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) un reinforced complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store of capacity n exc 500 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 500 ltrs capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc 500 and n exc 1000 ltrs and removal to contractor's store yard, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 1000 ltrs capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring, joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) single socketed rain water pipe 150 mm bore in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls/roof incl brackets/clamps etc including taking down of embedded portion in wall including PVC bend and fixing/sealing the same with suitable water proofing compound of Fosrok or equivalent as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of old existing roof treatment of any description incl scrube and remove loose concrete, brick tiles, mud fuska, plaster, bitumen, oil grases and any other materials that might effect adhesion by wire brushing the surface and cleaning of the surface up-to mother slab by demolition of existing old padding throughly with water and disposed off old materials from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 ( using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes as on roof mixed with WPC as per manual at any height complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 on the surfaces other than roof including taking down old cement plaster/grit plaster of any description on concrete surfaces such as soffit of RCC slab, chajjas and brick walls/grit wash surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for preparation of the plastered roof surfaces and fix the APP polymeric water proofing membrane of minimum 3 mm thickness & weighing not less than 3.5 kg / sqm, black finished reinforced with non-woven ployster 160 gsm matt with a thermofusible finish laid over primer conforming to IS:3384-1965 @ 0.5 kg/sqm and thereafter apply compitable hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch with a overlap of 75 mm at the sides and 100 mm at the end sealing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing PVDF aluminium composite panels with fire resistent mineral filled core material as in interior/exterior wall cladding upto G+2 storeyed external wall surface shall consist of following (I) Aluminium sheet making a total panel thickness of 3 mm with outer surface finished with PVDF based coating 0.25mm ,inner surface finished with a thin coat of polyster paint. The cleness of aluminium cover sheet shall be 0.50 mm inner core shall be of LDPE (II) MS tube framing of section 25 mmx50 mm x1.50 mm thick , (III) MS grid shall not be exceed 1.0 sqm each the MS grid not more than 1 m c/c shall be fixed with MS angle 30x30x5 mm projected 150mm from surface of wall, (IV) Colour shall be approved by GE.
