M & L for Pressed steel frames made of 1.25mm thick MS sheet of profile 105 x 60mm x for door and window frames with one rebate including lock strike plate, shock absorber, 20mm dia 60mm long MS conduit for housing of a drop bolt, treating of internal surfaces of chowkhats with coal tar or black paint including hinges, hold fasts/lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for water proofing to sunken portions of WCs, bathroom and kitchen etc by applying water based, cold applied, single component, elastomeric in-situ seamless monolithic coating ready to use acrylic modified bituminous liquid membrance with the procedure in sequence complete all as specified and as directed. SURFACE PREPARATION (i) Removing all loose gravel, dirt, oil, grease and foreign matter by jet of dry air and cleaning the surface mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application. (ii) Repairing all cracks by cutting “V” groove and fill with PMC mortar prepared in the ratio of Shalicrete : cement : sand (1:2:5) or equivalent. (iii) Providing 50 mm x 50 mm coving made out of PMC mortar as above. MATERIAL PREPARATION (i) Stir TarFelt® LM or equivalent by a slow speed mixture (approx. 400 rpm) fitted with a suitable mixing paddle to ensure a homogenous mix. (ii) After stirring, wait for the product to settle in order to let entrapped air escape. Condt/--113

Condt/--112 WATERPROOFING APPLICATION (i) Slightly damp the surface. Avoid standing water / ponding. (ii) Prime the surface with a mixture of TarFelt® LM or equivalent and potable water in the ratio of 50:50 and apply @400 grm / m2 of the mixture and allow it to touch dry. (iii) Apply first coat of TarFwlt® LM @ 0.70 kg / m2 by brush / roller / airless spray while the primed surface is tracky, For faster and smoother application, airless spray is preferred. (iv) Spread fiber glass net of 45 gsm with overlap of 50 mm in both directions when the surface is till tackty. (v) Allow 1st coat to dry for 10-12 hrs. (vi) Apply second coat of TarFelt® LM @ 0.70 kg m2 by brush / roller / airless spray for final DFT of 1000 micron in two coats inclusive of fibre glass of 45 gsm (theoretical coverage depending on surface conditions). (vii) Sprinkle sand @ 200 grm / m2 over the final vertical coating when the surface is still tackty to facilitate plastering. (viii) Ensure final curing time of 36 hrs before allowing / carrying out any further work. (ix) Conduct ponding test after 7 days of curing at ambient temperature.

M&L providing cement concrete (1:5:10) type E2 ( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete for sunken floor including Demolition of cement concrete exc 15 cm thickness but above ground floors including removal of debris from MD Land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick /stone / boulder /precast concrete articles and precast concrete block built in cement mortar etc complete all as directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry in (1:3:6) type C1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in CM (1:6) with solid blocks,exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and disposal of debris to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.
