Supply, delivery at site & storage of scada compatible sheet steel enclosed compartmentalised floor mounted dead front horizontal draw out type 11KV, 26.3KA 800A VCB 3 panel switch board complete with motorised spring charged operating mechanism,CTs, PTs, micro processor based relays, multifunction meter etc. including earthing switch or truck in complience with NIT specification.

Supply, delivery at site & storage of oil immersed 1600 KVA 11/0.433 KV, 3ph, 50 c/s ONAN indoor/outdoor transformer with a vector group of Dyn 11, with On load tap changer and voltage regulation +10% to -15% in HV side in steps of 2.5%, with all accessories including remote OLTC control panel in compliance with NIT Specification.

Design, Supply, delivery at site & storage of 415V AC 50 Hz, 3Ph, TPN Bus Duct 2500A with Al. flats in sheet steel enclosure along with fixing brackets & accessories as per specification from secondary side of transformer to incomer ACB of 415V PDB as per NIT Specification

Supply, delivery and storage at site sheet steel enclosed, floor mounted, 415V 2500A Scada competible Power Disctribution Board complete with all components in complience with NIT specification.

Supply, delivery at site & storage of 110V, 100 AH maintenance free type lead acid battery with Battery charger & distribution board in compliance with the NIT Specification

Supply, delivery at site & storage of XLPE insulated IS:7098 (Part 2, latest ammendment) of approved make 11 KV Earthed grade 3C-240 sq mm aluminum conductor armoured cable of approved make from power supply agency panel board to incoming of HT panel and from outgoing HT panel to transformers complience with as per NIT specification.

Design,supply,delivery at site & storage of following XLPE insulated armoured 1.1KV grade AL. Ar. conductor cable following the size. (cable length should be as per actiual site requirement.)

1.1 KV, 3.5core, 400 sq mm cable from PDB to MCC panel at intake (2 feeder, 6 cable per feeder)

1.1 KV, 4 core, 16 sq mm cable for battery charger, OLTC panel and lighting etc.

1.1 KV, 2 core, 6 sq mm cable for single phase AC & DC supply to instrumentation and supply to HT panel.

supply, delivery at site and storage of earthing lighting protection materials conforming details specified in NIT.

supply, delivery at site and storage of following cable termination kits for substation

indoor type heat shrinkable termination kit for 3 core 240 sq mm 11KV(E) XLPEA cable.

supply, delivery at site and storage of ladder type cable tray for laying of power cable and GI perforated cable tray for laying of control cable at substation having proper MS structural support.

Illimination of substation in line to the technical specification with LED lightings and exhaust fans, internal & external wiring with GI conduit etc complience with as per NIT specification.

Design, Supply, delivery at site & storage, installation, testing, commissioning of safety equipment like lightening arrester, fire extinguishers, fire buckets, rubber mats, shock treatment chart, first aid box complete as detailed in NIT specification.

installation of all items as mentioned in part A including supply of all erection materials as required for cable termination with supply of jointing kits, cables supports and clamps etc. including laying of HT & LT cables through permanent cable trench or directly burried under ground providing GI rack/ tray, earthing and lighting protection as per IE rules to the entire satisfaction of EIC in complience with NIT specification. (cost include hiring charges of generator, welding set, fuels, lubricants etc. for completion of work)

High pressure testing of the substation including relevant testing of 11KV VCB switch board, cables, earthing etc. by approved agency of Directorate of Electricity, Govt. of West Bengal and obtaining approval certificate of substation from directorate of electricity as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Painting of the installation by two coats of enamel paints (colour to be decided by purchaser) over a coat of primer as per NIT specification & direction of EIC.

commissioning of the substation including 11KV HT switch board, 11/0.433KV transformer, PDB, cables, earthing etc. by approved agency of Directorate of Electricity, Govt. of West Bengal as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Trial run and guarding of after satisfactory commissioning of the substation at Intake as per NIT for 90 days.

Operation, Maintenance & Guarding of Substation, Yard lighting etc. which is include all items of this work by providing adequate manpower, skilled / unskilled in compliance to CPWD / CPHRRD guidelines as per NIT Specification including sundry.

schedule testing as per ISS viz. A) relay testing & calibration. B) transformer oil testing and filtration. C) breaker testing. D) panel testing. E) safety equipments testing. (including fire extingguisher, earthing, lightning arrester etc.) (preventive maintenance) 2(two) times in a year.
