Taking down cement plaster on brick, concrete or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. of any description complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on walls in CM 1:4 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of shade as approved over a coat of cement primer on wall surfaces complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 05 above but except bricks . Note : Old demolition serviceable bricks obtained from item No.04 above shall be reused after properly cleaning etc

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated ,etc.) /fibre sheet and in roof coverings complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting holes into (exceeding 150 sqcm not exceeeding 400 sqcm) into wallls or through brick walls built in Cement Mortar and making good with cement mortar 1:3 or Cement Concrete 1:2:4 ,type B-1 , as required at site or as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour cement concrete 1:3:6,type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone agregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Rolled mild steel work Fe 410 -W (Grade E- 250) ,quality A, as in fencing posts with or without Y/U/Swan Neck made of angle or other section, made to shape complete, welding, drilled for fixing or holding of barbed wire or chain link mesh , etc. or for fixing or holding of fibre glass sheet ; to be prepared for hanging or steel hanging fittings; also fastening and fixing complete, all as specified anddirected by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for steel for work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1979 grade St. 240 complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. and making good disturbed ground complete, all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Each line wire to be measured

Material and labour two coats of synthetic enamel painting or surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces complete, all as specified and directed.
