M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of internal walls in sunken slab finished even and fair with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or in the manner specified by the manufacturer and in the proportions indicated, complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only.
