Refilling with filling M.sand for foundation and basement including cost of filling sand lead, lift, labour for filling, watering, well ramming etc., complete.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 using 20mm HBG metal for foundation and basement including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, for laying concrete etc., complete as per standard specification.

Reinforced cement concrete with M20 grade concrete using 12 to 20 mm HBG machine crushed metal including cost of cement, all materials, labour, curing, vibration charges, all leads, lifts, as per standard specification, etc., complete. (but excluding cost of shuttering and steel reinforcement.)

Supplying, erecting STEEL CENTERING for Roof slabs, beams, Lintels, Staircase waist slab, Landing slab, etc. including cost of all materials labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of TMT rods (Various sizes) for reinforcement for RCC works including cutting, bending, placing in position and tieing, as per standard specification including cost of steel, binding wire, etc. complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3, 10 mm thick for R.C.C. top surfaces, including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, T&Ps, curing, etc., complete.
