Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Saltglazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'b' brick (except brick) straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and including removal of debris and rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete coping (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as specified and directed.

M &L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 450 mm DWC pipe, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 600 mm DWC pipe, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement contrete of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified & directed.

M & L made Pre -Cast Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm grade stone aggregate) in Slabs, Manholes cover Slabs,etc set in cement mortar 1:4 ,complete all as specified and as directed (sample to be approved from accepting officer). Note: Reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items

M&L TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

S& F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted,or forged into spikes framed ,guard bars, barred iron doors,ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-16 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Desilting/Cleaning drain of depth upto 1.50 mtr filled with soil/silt by means of manually or through mechanical appliances complete and depositing and removal of rubbish, etc off the premises outside defence land , complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45 cm or more inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick Rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete sureces in Cement Moratar 1:4 finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement comp all as spd and directed.

M&L for Rough cast plaster on brick walls consisting under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10mmm thick and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel mixed of size 6mm with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish even completed all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surface / rouhg cast plaster surface & apply two coats of cement based paint over a coat alkali primer resistance and all as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete.

M&L for machine presssd pre-cast concrete interlocking coloured rubberised paving Block of glass fibre reinfoced vibro compacted any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thick, M- 35 grade to match with grey cement and pigment etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for refixing for machine presssd pre-cast concrete interlocking (except tiles) paving Block of any shape and size of any thick to match with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning including watering and consolidations etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for exterior grade, coloured glossy colour finish rubber moulded, cement concrete designer chequered tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment to match the shade / colour / matrix of tiles as in floor etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for Endura floor tiles 16 mm thick non skid coloured matt finish, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.16 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cemen concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3, including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening whereverrequired complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new cement concerte surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm girth or width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on concerete surface in colour / pattern over a coat of primer complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and specified.

M&L for preparation of old cement concerte surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm girth or width and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint on concerete surface in colour / pattern over a coat of primer complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and specified.

Dismantling barbed wire fencing,wire mesh , concertina coils any type etc complete.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as spd and dircted.

M& L for Framed work as in fencing post/pole, doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete (Fe 290 Gde E-165) at any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, incl securing or tying at crossing with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining, repairs resecuring a making good staples etc only to old barbed wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing chain link MS galvanaised fencing 4.0 mm dia and 75x75mm MS size including line wires, any mess, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts,etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining, repairs resecuring a making good staples , refix necessary screw / bolt if reqd etc to existing chain link fencing complete all as spd and directed

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm girth or width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and specified.

M&L for preparation of surface of old chequred tiles / interlocking tiles surface with washing and bruhsing and after drying surface (approx after 45 mintues) having temprature 10-40 degree and applying two coats of floor coat emulsion (First coat using 30% percent water dilution and subsequent coat to be applied after 4 to 6 hrs of 1st Coat with only 10% water dilution) complete all as per manufacture specification and as directed by Engr-in-Charge and specified.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc shaft, cesspits, manholes etc not exc. 10 sqm on plan and getting out any type of soil even in foul position as directed by Engr-in-Charge by the Engineer-in-charge, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, trenches the soil in layers not exc 25 cm thick, watering and well ramming complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not excceding 150 mtr away & depositing where directed by Engr-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete drain pipes of 150 mm dia bore class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes 150 mm bore including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipe, after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregagte) etc complete all as specified and as directed

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 2,12,400.00
