Demolishing R.C.C work manually /by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:

S/F of earth including breaking of clods ,levelling, ramming, watering by way of manual means and including all carriages complete.

S/L and consolidation of GSB Grade 2nd Incl. levelling, ramming and watering by way of manual means and all carriage from source to site

P/L in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size incl. all carriages.

P/F of PVC Pipes 2ft deep 100mmDia with C.P Gratings of 100mm Dia

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of coloumns etc. for mass concrete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level: Cold twisted bars

Structural steel work in trusses, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including use of Checker plate wherever necessary.

P/F of Colored Sheet roofing (High Rib) fixed with J or L hooks.

P/F of chainlink fencing size 50*50mm fixed with nuts/Bolts or by way of welding including cost of Red Oxide and Painting with Synthetic Enamal Paint of approved Brand and manufacture.

P/F of Barbed angle wire fencing on structural steel posts

Applying water thenable cement primer of approved Brand and manufacture on stone masonary wall surfaces including removing Mulba/Silt and washing with water

Supply of kiitchen set like utensils and other cooking items and rice Cooker, bucket, plate, galss etc.

Supply of wash room set like mug bucket, brush, viper, chapal, plastic seat, towel and soap

P/F ofd snow stopper made up of required angle iron and flat iron including a priming coat of Red oxide

P/F of gutters of coloured sheeting size 50*100*75mm including cost of 4 No. PVC Pipes 75mm Dia upto a depth of 15ft.

P/F of C.P Brass curtain rods with soft silk/cotton clothbased cutains size of windows 5fr*5ft.

Supplying, Staking, spreading and levelling 40mm nominal stone aggregate and above by manual means including all carriages complete

Supply of Almunuim ladder40 ft long folded type with pully and rope arrangement

Providing/placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI:12701 marked indicating the BIS Licence No. with cover suibable locking arrangements and making necesaary holes for inl;et, outlet and overflow pipes including fittings and the base support for tank (SYNTAX, ELECTROPLAST, STAR, LOTUS or equivalent having valid ISI licence

NOTE: 1. All the supplies/Erections should be as per the approved drawings. 2. Supply: All inclusive means exworks price, frieght, packaging, insurance, delivery at sites and other applied duties without GST. 3. Installation/testing/commissioning: All Inclusive means erection charges at site including pre-commisioning and final commissioning tests. 4. Intersee position of bidders shall be determined by the total package cost.
