Earth work excavation for foundation in all kinds of soils and sub soils to full depth as directed by the departmental officers except hard rock inclusive of shoring strutting and balling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth with in the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead of 10 meters and initial lift of 2 meters including cost of all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification 23 & 24 VI (S2) VII.9,10

Removal of excess excavated earth from the site and dumping away from location

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling gravel in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted - etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Refilling with excavated earth other than sand with an initial head load of 100 mts. and depositing the earth as shown by the departmental officers in layers well rammed, watered and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and filling in Foundation with Sand Gravel Mix in the ratio of 1:1 with 0.685 Cum of sand and 0.667 Cum of Gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed, watered and consolidated by using mechanical earth rammer etc. complete complying to standard specifications

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four sand and eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by engineer in charge

Vibrated reinforced cement concrete M30 mix- (DESIGN MIX for 1 m3 of concrete using cement- 420kg, Sand- 760kg, 20mm ISS HBG metal- 654 Kg, 12.5mm ISS HBG metal- 416 kg, Water- 175 Liters, Concrete Admixture (FOSROC or PEDLITE)- 1.5 Lit) for all RCC works including cost and conveyance of all materials and cement to work site. The rates including all cost and labour charges for mixing the concrete, laying, vibrating, watering with all leads for good water and curing and compacting the concrete and all other incidental charges etc., complete such as working in heights, scaffolding charges etc., but excluding the cost of centering, cost of steel and fabrication charges etc., complete as per standard specifications

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT bars (Fe 500) for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire for placing at all depths of excavation, complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel, binding wire and for bar bending)

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & Five Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9" X 43/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification

Flooring with following plain ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster in one coat in external surface with 1:5 cement mortar mixed including scaffolding and curing and also complying with standard specifications and instructions of the engineer in charge.

Providing 20 mm thick cement plaster in one coat in 1:4 cement mortar mixed with water proofing agent , including scaffolding and curing and also complying with standard specifications and instructions of the engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing in position CI manhole covers with CI frames (Heavy duty) of size 60cm x 60cm of best approved quality with necessary welding and painting with one coat of zinc chromite primer and two coats of epoxy painting complete.(As per instruction of site engineer)as per standard specification etc., complete compying with standard specifications

Providing and fixing PVC pipes (Soil and waste line) of required diameter conforming to I.S.-13592, and I.S.-4985 to withstand continous internal hydroulic pressure of 6 kg/cm2 including necessary fixtures and fittings, such as bends, tees, single junctions, double junctions and joining with rubber rings and lubricants, on wall by means of clips or in ground including necessary excavation, laying refilling, trench testing etc. complete. (Prior approval of sample and brand by Engineer in charge is necessary before use.)

Supplying and fixing in positon Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to CI soil pipes (including the cost of 100mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Engineer before use on works).

Fabricating supplying and fixing of roof with Poly carbonate sheet of 6mm thcik with any colour or any other approved design and to be fixed with shelf tapping screws, plastic washer. The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets. The sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated, cutting the sheet in to the required ssize and making ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying , erecting and fixing in position Pre- fabricated GI structures at all elevations for Canopy using structural GI sections including poly green house sheet roof, footing for erection, cutting, welding or bolting, supply of bolts/nuts/washers, scaffolding etc., complete as per drawings including and as per specification after erection and all materials and labour complete. ( No welding is permitted at site). The rate quoted shall include cost of bolts, nuts, washers, welding and electrodes and any other consumables required for completing the work. Nut bolts shall not be considered for payment. Also to include the cost of providing PCC footing for each column at a distance of 1 metre below ground level. Poly green house shall be braced to the structure using appropriate mechanisms such as clamps, etc.

Fabricating supplying and fixing of pre painted galvanium colour sheets with the following specification. The materials should be of PPGI tile profile with a red colour or any other approved design 0.47 mm thick 24 guage having width 1050 mm. The sheet should be G.I.base pre painted hot dipped galvanized iron sheet and to be fixed with shelf tapping screws,plastic washer.The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyster coat with zinc coating of Z 120 GSM paint thickness the finish should be terra cotta finish like malabar mangalore tiles finish optional matt finish. The sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated,cutting the sheet in to the required ssize and making ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers.
