Providing and laying vitrified floor Tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY KAJARIA, or equivalent make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (cement ;4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and machine pigments etc. complete. Size of tile 60x60 cm excluding cost of cement.

Providing and fixing 1st quality Ceramic glazed tiles conforming to IS: 13753 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make like NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY KAJARIA, or equivalent make in all colour ,shades except begundy, bottle green, block of any size as approved by engineer in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados ver 12 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. (excluding cost of cement)

Providing & fixing gang saw cut mirror polished ( Pre moulded and pre polished) machine cut for kitchen Platform, vanity counters, window sills, staircase etc. of required size and approved shade colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 Coarse sand ) with joints treated with white cement mixed with machine pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing moulding and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels Granite of approved colour and shape excluding cost of cement .( Area of slab over 0.5sqm.) 18mm thick STAIRS/ sills of Doors & Windows etc. (South). JET Black (South).

Extra for providing edge moulding to 18mm thick Granite including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer –in-Charge. Over item no. 3 Granite work

Providing and laying of average 0’-5” thick brick bat coba on top surface of roof laid over 20mm thick cement mortar in mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 Coarse sand ) encluding filling of joint between coba with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 Coarse sand ) finally top surface of brick bat coba covered with 20mm thick cement mortar in mix 1:4(1 cement :4 Coarse sand ) including making chequered tile pattern of size 300X300 mm over neat cement slurry with all head loads. (excluding cost of cement)between floor level 3 to level 4.
