Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic Excavator)/manual means over areas (Exceeding 30cm in depth 1.5 m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5 m as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level.1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand(Zone-III): 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts, etc. above plinth level upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand(Zone-III): 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mmnominal size).

Steel Reinforcement for R.C.C. works including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of Fe-500D or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping and removal of formwork for Retaining Walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets., kerbs and steps etc.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. Layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Dry stone pitching, 22.5cm thick, including cost of stones and preparation surface complete.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia. wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm

Laying/ fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia. wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
