(ii) Tradesmen shall rush to spot of fault within 2 Hours of lodging complaint by the User Rep, JE in Charge or Engr-in-Charge telephonically or by any other means at their own arrengement to restore the faults of equipments and attend the complaint. If the complaint is not attend within 6 Hour, a penality of Rs 1000.00 Per complaint per Hour and If the complaint is not rectified within 48 hour, a penality of Rs 2000.00 Per complaint per Hour shall be imposed on contractor.
