Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation.

Supplying and erecting, centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheet of 90cm x60cm BG 10 gauge stiffened with welded M.S. angle of 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not less than 75 cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specification. (The payment for centering shall be made only after the concrete is laid. The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor) Plane surface such as RCC square or rectangular columns, top and bottom slab of sunshade, boxing sill slabs etc.,

Supplying and Fabrication of Steel and placing in position MS / Ribbed tor steel Grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in Floors etc,. Complete complying with standard specification in force

RCC 1:1½:3 (One cement one point five sand and three aggregates) mix using 20mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly in all RCC works connected to the work excluding shuttering , Centering and cost of Reinforcement grills but including curing ,finishing etc complete with standard specification.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement and five sand) using second class ground bricks of size 23cm x 11cm x 7cm including cost, conveyance of all materials at site and all labour charges and incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification..

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting structural steel work for roofing welded or bolted type using MS channels, angles, plates and round bars etc. conforming to IS specification including primer coating and enamal painting as per Design given by the departmental officers etc, complete as per standard specification

Painting two coats for Exterior surface with approved Exterior Plastic Emulsion paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and filling the basement with Good Earth filling in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted - etc., complete complying with standard specification.
