Cleaning of all OHT's with bleaching powder and brushes thoroughly scrapping two times inside alround the tank and bottom of the tank including bailing out dirty water and cleaning the tank wall alround with clear water, removing and refixing in original position of the GI outlet pipes without damaging the tank etc., and as directed by the Department officers.( November 2023 to March 2024 ) (2 times/ 4 Months Once)
