Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) un- reinforced, complete all as specified and direcetd.

Demolition of stone or brick masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches etc.but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brickwork with fly ash cement bricks, using old size straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces, of wood and wood based material of any description over 10cm width or girth by cleaning, sand papering, brushing etc, filling in crevices and cracks etc with approved filler and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs/paver block and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut polished kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut polished kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, rubbing, grinding, rounding of edges and polishing to achieve mirror finish, complete all as specified and directed. Note for Item No 70 & 71 : Kota stone shall be laid in one piece for treads and risers for step, window cills and moulding/rounding of edge properly.

Chipping of unsound /weak concrete materials (including taking down old cement plaster) from slabs, beams, columns, lintel, chajja, fin, facia etc. by any means as directed by Engr-in-charge including tapering all edges, making square shoulders of cavities air or sand blasting etc and cleaning of exposed concrete surface of lightly picking materials by air blasting or sand blasting incl foreign materials, loose concrete/aggregate etc and disposal of all debris out of MOD land and complete all as specified and as directed. (upto 4 storey of building) for 25mm average thickness for slabs/Chajja, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of concrete all around reinforcement including from behind the reinforcing bars to give an average 25mm (but not less than 15mm) clear air gap by manual methods (using wire brushing, chiselling etc) and applying alkaline rust removing chemical as per manufacturer's instruction followed by removing rust including from behind the reinforcing bars by emery paper and cleaning the area thoroughly by water and allow it to dry all as per manufacturer's instruction to give it a totally rust free finished steel surface complete all as specified and directed. upto 12 mm dia bar (upto 4 storey of building), complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of concrete all around reinforcement including from behind the reinforcing bars to give an average 25mm (but not less than 15mm) clear air gap by manual methods (using wire brushing, chiselling etc) and applying alkaline rust removing chemical followed by removing rust including from behind the reinforcing bars by emery paper and cleaning the area thoroughly by water and allow it to dry all as per manufacturer's instruction to give it a totally rust free finished steel surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge above 12 mm dia bar (upto 4 storey of building), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing single coat epoxy bond adhesive on prepared non metallic surface (existing surface) and applying by brush as per manufactureres instruction/ specifications. Supply, mixing and application two component structural grade polymer modified reinstatement mortar, where local spalling has taken place or shuttering is not possible . The mortar can be applying in layers not exceeding 6mm thick in each layer in and upto any thickness in smaller vertical pockets and upto any thickness in horizontal applications. The mortar should have a minimum compressive strength 12N/mm2 in 1 day and 45N/mm2 in 28 days. Minimum flexural strength should be 8 N/mm2 in 28 days. A modified styrene butadiene emulsion for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementitious system to be mixed with cement slurry before the application of modified polymer mortar to be used @ 6 ltr/bag of cement. The bonding agent should have minimum compressive strength 24N/mm2. Minimum tensile strength 3.5N/mm2, minimum flexural strength 6.5N/mm2 complete all as specified and directed. upto 25 mm average thickness and (upto 4 storey of building), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and inserting 12mm dia aluminium/ GI injection nipples along crack line honey combed area including drilling holes as required diameters upto depths from 40mm to 80mm or half the thickness of member (whichever is less) at required spacing as approved by GE for the concrete work surface upto 4 storey of building complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & application cementitious expanding grout admixture with the cement slurry at a dosage 225 ml per bag cement and injecting with high pressure grouting pump through non return PVC nozzles prefix with rapid setting cementitious plugging mortar to fill all possible pores and gaps left with in the old concrete mass. When the flow of grout stops or shows refusals or grout flows out from the adjacent nozzle, pumping to be stopped and the nozzle to be tied up and allowed to set for 24 hours. The PVC nozzles to be sealed off with quick setting cementitious plugging mortar. Grouting operation to be carried out through next nozzle till the entire area is covered. The grouting holes to be finished by removing the protruded portion of nozzles and finishing flush with the surface, complete as per manufacturer’s instruction as specified and as directed. (Any storey / height of bldg / structure), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment from the top of RCC/arch slab, including taking down existing PCC padding, brick tiles, mud phusk or plaster and hacking the top of RCC slab, cleaning with water and disposal of rubbish outside the mod premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4), nominal mix, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in PCC padding on depression of roof finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP based modified 5 layered prefabricated water proofing polymeric memberane over roof consisting of cleaning of concrete or plastered surface of roof and applying evenly a bitumen primer conforming to IS 3488@ 0.30Kg per sqm followed by a tack coat @ 1.2kg per Sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen over it laid with APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weighting 3.0 kg per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 170 gm per sqm) unrolled & bonded to substrate with longitudinal and end laps 100mm as per manufacturer's instruction and applying over it a tack coat using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen @ 1.2 kg sqm and as per manufacturer instruction and including taking the APP membrane will be required where the parapet wall exceed 45cm for carrying over and taking into parapet walls, cut out neatly a horizontal groove 6.5 cm deep, 7.5 cm wide section with lower edge at not less than 15 cm above the graded roof surface and groove shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:4 with WPC @3% by weight of cement where the parapet wall height is 45cm or less no grove will be required as the water proofing treatment will be carried over the top of parapet wall to its full thickness, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on roof surface using water proofing compund @3% by weight of cement surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement as on wall complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid seprately.

M&L for white Terrazzo tiles 25cmx25cmx22mm thick with white cement and pigment , with size of chips upto 6 mm; set jointed and pointed in neat white cement slurry in roofs, and cut and polished complete all as specified and directed.
