Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames made out of 2nd class hard wood (sal), wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints, supplied and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&l for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately) complete.

S & F factory made Glazed and skelton shutters 35mm open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc edges of framing plain champered or rounded fitted with cut & metered beads for securing glass etc size of member shutter as specified in SSR Part I Section 8, Clause 8.23 (a) supplied and fitted to chowkhats, 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood.

S&F for 35 mm thick second class hard wood plain framed factory made panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel 9mm B.W.P or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces . The size of rail and style as per IS 1003/SSR part -1.

S&F for galvanise Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized iron staples including wooden beadings, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 300mm long, Aluminium alloy anodised, sliding door bolt matt finish snot less than 16 mm dia bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts extruded section or cast aluminum alloy, complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkhat or frames of door/ window / ventilators with shutter(Without taking off shutter from the frame) n.exc 1.50 m each.

Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant 152 SECTION 8 and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F 150 mm size aluminium, anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed to shutter complete .

M & L for Non skid 600x600x8 to 10mm thick coloured ceramic tiles as in floor over hacking surface of existing floor on 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including pointing in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including cutting of existing door shutter at required height. complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 24 above but 10mm thick on rendering surface in CM 1:4 on vertical surfaces of wall as in skirting including taking down of existing skirting on walls complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles (300x300x)7 to 8mm thick in floors, etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed for laying floor in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for new plaster surface two coat of oil bound destemper over 3mm thick of including preparation of newly plastered surface etc all as specified.

M&L providing and applying the plaster with single component ready to use repair mortar (SMART CARE REPAIR MORTAR or equivalent) capable of applying 15mm average thickness in single layer and finishing with trowel with a bond coat: SBR polymer (@ 10% of cement weight) modified cementious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement/Sqm of surface area mixed with specified portion of AP SMARTCARE or equivalent Repair Polymer including taking down existing roof treatment of any type and also taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surfaces, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., to receive further treatment, complete all as specified land as directed. Make: Asian Paints or equivalent in Sikka, Fosroc and STP Ltd. Note: The application shall be executed on any type of surface and on horizontal/Vertical areas.

M&L providing and applying Smartcare Dampproof, a fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with reinforcing acrylic fibers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on horizontal/vertical surfaces of roof/wall/chajas in multiple coats @2.0 litre/sqm. Primary [coat is self-priming coat of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1, damp proof : water) and other coats to be applied undiluted. The coating needs to be reinforced with 40 GSM geotextile, to sandwiched between 2nd & 3rd coat of coating. The application shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing water tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for cleaning,repairing and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes and reconnecting and refixing in position for tanks capacity exc 500 and n.exc 1000 ltr complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs ,COPING rounded or chamfered on edges all as spd.

S & F in repair stainless steel drapery Rod 25mm dia make and model of vista, including wooden side caps, brackets, and rings @ 120mm c to c, complete all asspecified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar of any description including quoins,arches,pillars,etc., all as directed.

M & L for brick work with Cement Mortar1:6 using sub class 'B' bricks,old size , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specifed as direted by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for applying two coats of oil bond destember over one coat of birla white wall care putty on newly plastered surfaces(internal) of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plaster surface of wall and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over 2mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr- in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls, complete removal of existing treatment by washing, rubbing down with water etc and applying two coats of weather proof acralic exterior emulsion paint up to 10 m height complete all as specified and directed. Notes for item No 49, 51, 52 and 63: (a) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer only. (b) Authrised Applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work. (c) All materials shall be procured directly form manufacturer. The purchase voucher shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge for his verification of material. Engineer-in-Charge shall deface the original purchase vouchers. (d) MOU with authorized applicator will be submitted sucessful L1 bidder after opening of Financial Bid within a fixed time frame of 7 days otherwise tender will be cancelled. (d) A guarantee amount of 5% of contract of work done for item No 49, 51, 52 and 63of BOQ will be retained for 5 years of the completion of work.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls, complete removal of existing treatment by washing, rubbing etc and applying applying one coats of plastic emulsion paint over one coat of putty up to 10 m height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for old decorated surfaces plastered or unplastered surface of wall and complete removal of existing treatment by washing, rubbing etc and applying two coat of oil bond distemper over one coat of wall care putty on wall complete all a spcefied.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls, complete removal of existing treatment by rubbing , brooming down,washing with water etc and applying two coat of cement based paint over one coat of putty up to 10 m height complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of Old surface (Plastered or un plastered) on ceiling by completely scraping/ removing the existing treatment and applying two coats of white wash over a coat of primer complete.

Supply and fix welded steel wire fabric(MS Jali) fixed to steel members weight n. exc. 4 kg/sqm incl welding complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and apply a glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system.Prepration of surface of sunken portion and M & L for glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system as top coat over reinforcement over base coat etc supply and apply a protection plaster (12-15 mm) admixed withappropriate integral waterproofing compound @ 0.10 kg per bag of cement. The product should conforms to IS2645. Cleaning of RCC surface to remove dust, loose particles grinding any sharp edges including M&L for sealaing of pipe penetration of toilets core cutting in the following stages:- Supply and apply solvent free, moisture insensitive epoxy resin based patch repair putty on pipe penetration surfaces. The putty shall be applied to a groove thickness of minimum 20mm on pipe penetration joint to concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M and L Providing & Fixing False ceiling with semi perforated 12mm thcik micro tegular edged at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595x595mm of approved texture, design and pattern having moisture content less than 2%,humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS 476 (part-4)-1970 and light Code Description unit rate No 429 SUB HEAD :26.0 NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND MATERIAL reflectance of 85% minimum to be laid in true horizoatal level suspended on interlocking metel T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanised @ 120 grams oer sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32mm of length 3000mm, vross-T of size 15x32nn of lenght 1200mm amd secondry itermediate cross-T of size 15x32 of lenght 600mm to form grid module of size 600x600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanising @ 80 grams per sqm) ie. 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000mm to be fixed on perimeter wall/partition with the help of plastic rawl pluhs at 450mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall screws. The work shall be carried out as per specification, drawing and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
