CWE/P-02/2023-24 SPECIAL REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF TRANSFORMERS AGAINST BER TRANSFORMERS AND CONNECTED ALLIED WORKS UNDER GE WEST PATHANKOT

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 160 kVA transformer step down indoor type, 11/0.433 kV, (at no load), oil immersed confirming to IS 1180 (PART-I) 2014 Energy Efficiency level-2 complete with standard fittings, copper wound 3 phase 4 wire 50 c/s oil immersed naturally cooled with external cooling tube, delta connection on HT side and star connection on LT side with tapping on HT side to vary secondary voltage (+) 2.5 % to (+) 7.5 % in steps including first filling of transformer oil as per IS 1180 Part -I 2014 & BEE certified having dielectric strength not less than 50 kV complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Routine test as per IS 1180 (latest amendment) shall be carried out at the works. Type test including temperature rise test shall also be carried out at works. Site tests are also to be carried out in presence of company representative. All the tests whether at works/at site are to be conducted in presence of MES representative and all test certificate duly signed by all concerned to be submitted by the contractor to the deptartment. (ii) The equipment should carry a guarantee of 30 months from the date of dispatch or 24 months from date of completion of the contract, which ever is later. Any defect during this period will be attended in a period of three days including spares and labour without any extra cost to Govt, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate eletrode 60cm x 60cm and 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth strip 32mmx6mm size, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 32mmx6mm earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1;2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mmx25mmx6mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering of suitable length placed on top edge of earth plate, charcoal and common salt filling, with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meters, complete all as per plate No-3, SSR-2009 Part-I and connecting to existing earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing of cable HT XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing of switch Air break Gang Operated Switch outdoor type HT 11 KV triple poles 200 Amps with fixed contacts of phosphorus bronze and moving contacts of copper with mechnically operating from ground level vertical mounted complete with HT insulator on steel frame operating rod made out of 25 mm GI pipe medium grade worked from ground level with handle and locking arrangment with 12 inuslators with drop out fuses & all accessories/ fittings complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L for HT Lighting Arrestor Metal Oxide Type (Gap less) heavy duty single pole suitable for system voltage of 12 KV and working rated arrestor voltage 9 KV with normal discharge current of 65 KA all as per IEC 99.4 effectively earthed complete all as specified and directed.

Notes : The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
