SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - I (Electrical Works)

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.55 sq mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size M.S box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required (Group B).

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with 2 x 2.5 sq mm + 1 x 2.5 sq mm earth wire sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing metal box of 180 mm x 100 mm x 60 mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps socket outlet and 15/16 amps piano type switch, connection, painting etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 5/6 amps switch piano type on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 3 pin 5/6 socket outlet on the switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with 2 x 6 sq mm+1X6 mm earth wire sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 amp ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connection etc as required.

Supplying and fixing brass buttons/ PVC angle holder incl connection as required.

Supplying and fixing stepped type electronic fan regulator on the switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing call bell/ buzzer suitable for single phase, 230 volts, complete as required.

Supplying and fixing 6 way, double door SP and neutral, steel sheet MCB distribution board 240, volts on surface/ recess complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral link, earth etc.bus bar, neutral link, earth etc. as required. (But without MCB/ Isolator).

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amp rating, 240/415 volts, C curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for single pole inductive load of poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 40 amps rating, double pole, 240 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required
